The Master of Computer Science caters for both software engineering professionals and students wishing to update and broaden their foundation knowledge and skills, as well as for students preparing for the Master of Science - Research or Doctoral research programs.

Applicants MUST be proficient in an object-oriented programming language (for example C++ or Java) and UNIX or Linux operating systems.

Course Description
The Master of Information Systems examines both the organisational and technological issues that are needed for the analysis and design of business information systems.
The program involves strategic information systems development, information systems planning, information systems management, systems integration, change management, information and enterprise architecture design, innovation and technology management, governance and leadership, supply chain management and business process management.
The flexible course structure with an emphasis on both IT and IS subjects allows students to customise the program according to their individual career goals.

An Australian Bachelors degree, or equivalent, with an average mark of 60% in an area related to IT, eg Information Systems, Information Technology, Computing or equivalent.
