為幫助自費出國留學人員正確選擇國外學習學校，加強對自費留學中介活動的監(jiān)管，引導(dǎo)自費留學中介機構(gòu)與國外正規(guī)學校開展合作，教育部公布了33個我國公民主要留學國家1萬多所學校名單，基本涵蓋了我公民主要留學目的地國正規(guī)高等學校。所公布名單根據(jù)有關(guān)情況定期調(diào)整，目前為第二十三版。本名單截止日期為2012年2月7日。
一、 基本情況
新西蘭的高等教育機構(gòu)包括大學、理工學院和教育學院。 到目前為止，新西蘭共有8所公立大學。這些大學開辦一系列的標準學位課程，其中包括理科、文科和近年來興起的商科和信息科學。 新西蘭的理工學院目前共有19所，提供各種職業(yè)及技術(shù)培訓，包括短期課程和三年制、四年制的專業(yè)學位、文憑、證書課程。部分理工學院和大學可以互相轉(zhuǎn)換學分(例如商科)，學生在理工學院所修某些課程學分為大學所承認，其畢業(yè)后入讀大學可以免修有關(guān)課程。 新西蘭有4所獨立的教育學院，由政府撥款，承擔為小學、中學、幼兒教育中心和特殊教育機構(gòu)培訓師資的任務(wù)。 新西蘭大學的學位由新西蘭大學校長委員會下設(shè)的學術(shù)委員會批準，而理工學院及極少數(shù)私立高等教育學校所授的文憑由新西蘭資格認證局 (NZQA) 負責審批和監(jiān)督。 新西蘭還有許多招收外國學生的私立培訓機構(gòu)及語言學校。通過新西蘭資格認證局 (NZQA) 審批的學校名單可查閱NZQA網(wǎng)站：
