The Nanyang Scholarship, NTU’s foremost undergraduate scholarships are awarded to outstanding freshmen pursuing undergraduate programmes. Nanyang Scholarship recognizes students who excel academically, demonstrate strong leadership potential, and possess outstanding co-curricular records.
Eligibility
Open to all nationalities.
Successful awardees should read a full-time undergraduate degree programme. The scholarship will cover the years of study^ at NTU.
Possess outstanding Singapore-Cambridge GCE 'A' level, Diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore, NUS High School Diploma, IB Diploma or Year 12 equivalent qualifications.
Excellent co-curricular records.
Strong leadership qualities and potential.
^ For the Biomedical Sciences & Chinese Medicine Programme, the scholarship will cover only the first three years of study in NTU.
Benefits Of Award
Nanyang Scholarship covers up to the normal programme duration on condition that the scholarship holder maintain a record of good academic performance and exemplary conduct.
Full coverage of subsidised tuition fees (after Tuition Grant).
Living allowance of S$6,000 per academic year.
Book allowance of S$500 per academic year.
Accommodation allowance of up to S$2,000 per academic year.

Travel grant of S$5,000 for an overseas programme (one-off).

Scholarship holder may not, without the approval of the University, hold concurrently any other scholarships, bursaries, university loans, fellowships, grants or awards.
Scholarship holder is required to maintain a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.5 over 5.0. Academic performance will be reviewed every semester.
Scholarship holder is required to take on the role of student ambassador, or any other similar role, representing the university to give publicity talks, to receive guests, etc, as and when called upon to do so.
The scholarship may be withdrawn at any time if, in the opinion of the University, the scholarship holder's progress or behaviour is deemed unsatisfactory.
If the scholarship holder decides to terminate the scholarship prematurely, a repayment will be imposed.

Earth Observatory of Singapore (EOS) Undergraduate Scholarship
The Earth Observatory of Singapore (EOS) Undergraduate Scholarship is to award up to five outstanding freshmen each year who would like to pursue a degree in Environmental Earth Systems Science. The selected students will be strong scholars, creative thinkers, and future leaders in Environmental Earth Systems Science.
Eligibility
Open to all nationalities.
Successful awardees should read a full-time undergraduate degree programme in Environmental Earth Systems Science, and may choose a specialisation of their choice within the major. The scholarship will cover four years of study at NTU in this programme.
Possess outstanding Singapore-Cambridge GCE 'A' level, Diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore, NUS High School Diploma, IB Diploma or Year 12 equivalent qualifications.

ASEAN Undergraduate Scholarship
The ASEAN Undergraduate Scholarship is offered by the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) for citizens or permanent residents from the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN), except Singapore.
Eligibility
Singapore Permanent Residents or Citizens from the ASEAN countries (except Singapore).
Successful awardees should read a full-time undergraduate degree programme leading to a first degree, with the exception of Renaissance Engineering Programme. For the Biomedical Sciences & Chinese Medicine Programme, the scholarship will cover only the first three years of study in NTU.
Possess outstanding Singapore-Cambridge GCE 'A' level, Diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore, NUS High School Diploma, IB Diploma or Year 12 equivalent qualifications.
Excellent co-curricular records.
Strong leadership qualities and potential.

Benefits Of Award
ASEAN Undergraduate Scholarship covers up to the normal programme duration on condition that the scholarship holder maintain a record of good academic performance and exemplary conduct.
Full coverage of subsidised tuition fees (after Tuition Grant).
Living allowance of S$5,800 per academic year.
No bond is attached to the ASEAN Undergraduate Scholarship apart from the three-year bond applicable to all Singapore PRs and international students under the MOE Tuition Grant Scheme.
Terms & Conditions
Scholarship holder may not, without the approval of the University, hold concurrently any other scholarships, bursaries or university loans. Concurrent holding of LKY-STEP Award is allowed for Singapore Permanent Residents only.
Scholarship holder is required to maintain a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.5 out of 5.0. Academic performance will be reviewed every semester.
The Scholarship may be withdrawn at any time if, in the opinion of the University, the scholarship holder ’s progress or behaviour is deemed unsatisfactory.
If the scholarship holder decides to terminate the scholarship prematurely, a repayment will be imposed.
Application Procedures
The same application period for admissions applies. Scholarships are awarded based on competition amongst shortlisted candidates.
Applicants are required to submit their application for admission before submitting their application for scholarship.

Singapore-Cambridge GCE 'A' level
Diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore
NUS High School Diploma
IB Diploma

Applicants are required to submit the following after completing your application form:
upload a recent passport-size photo (digital image).
submit a referee’s appraisal online. The appraisal is to be completed by your school teacher, who must not be your family or relative. After you have submitted your scholarship application, you will be provided with a URL to be forwarded to your school teacher. Your school teacher is to submit the online appraisal to us within 7 days of your scholarship application.

4、東盟(ASEAN)本科獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金
東盟(ASEAN)本科獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金是由南洋理工大學(xué)提供給東盟國家的永久居民或者公民(除了新加坡)的獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金。
(1)申請資格
- 來自東盟國家(除了新加坡)的新加坡永久居民或者公民
- 成功獲獎(jiǎng)?wù)邞?yīng)該是進(jìn)行第一個(gè)學(xué)位學(xué)習(xí)的全日制本科學(xué)位專業(yè)學(xué)生，除了復(fù)興工程專業(yè)。對于生物醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)和中醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)的學(xué)生，獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金只會覆蓋在南洋理工大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)的前三年;
- 獲得杰出新加坡-劍橋GCE 'A' 水平、新加坡理工學(xué)院授予的文憑、NUS高中文憑、IB文憑或者12年的同等學(xué)歷資格;
- 優(yōu)秀的聯(lián)課活動(dòng)記錄;
- 出色的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力和潛力。
*東盟(ASEAN)包括文萊達(dá)魯薩蘭國、柬埔寨、印度尼西亞、老撾、馬來西亞、緬甸、菲律賓、新加坡、泰國和越南。
(2)獎(jiǎng)金福利
如果獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金獲得者維持優(yōu)秀的學(xué)術(shù)表現(xiàn)和模范行為的話，那么該獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金最多可以覆蓋一般專業(yè)的整個(gè)修讀時(shí)間。
- 完全覆蓋補(bǔ)貼學(xué)費(fèi)(在學(xué)費(fèi)津貼之后);
- 生活補(bǔ)貼每學(xué)年S$5,800;
- 在教育部學(xué)費(fèi)津貼計(jì)劃下，除了適用于所有新加坡永久居民以及國際學(xué)生的三年債券，該獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金沒有附屬其他的債券。
(3)條款細(xì)則
- 獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金獲得者在沒有大學(xué)批準(zhǔn)的情況下，可能不能同時(shí)獲得任何其他獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金、助學(xué)金、大學(xué)貸款或者獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。僅新加坡永久居民可以同時(shí)獲得LKY-STEP獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金。
- 獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金獲得者需要維持一個(gè)最低累計(jì)GPA成績3.5分(總分5.0分)，每學(xué)期都會審核學(xué)生的學(xué)術(shù)表現(xiàn);
- 如果大學(xué)認(rèn)為獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金獲得者的進(jìn)步和行為不滿意的話，可以在任何時(shí)候撤銷獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金;
- 如果獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金獲得者決定提前終止獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金的話，將會產(chǎn)生還款。
(4)申請程序
與入學(xué)申請的申請時(shí)間相同。獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金將會在入圍候選人中競爭選出。申請者需要在獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請遞交之前遞交入學(xué)申請。
