*Mid-year reports
Regular Decision applicants and admitted Early Decision students must submit a mid-year report and updated transcript by February 17, 2017 (or as soon as they are available if after the deadline). The mid-year report must be submitted directly by the school and must include an updated senior year transcript. School counselors should submit the documents online through the Common Application, the Universal College Application, or the Coalition Application, fax it to (410) 516-6025, or mail the mid-year report and transcript.
For schools on a trimester system, we request senior year transcript updates after the first and second trimesters. The February 17 deadline for submitting mid-year reports does not apply for trimester schools. The school counselor should mention the school’s trimester system when the updated transcripts are submitted.
**SAT Subject Tests
SAT Subject Tests can be a great way to demonstrate an academic strength. However, they are not required, and your application will not be negatively affected if you choose not to submit Subject Test scores.

What about school documentation and standardized test requirements?
You must submit an official record of academic performance for the equivalent of 9th, 10th, and 11th grades under the US system. All official documents must be accompanied by a verified English translation if the original document is not in English.
Include any certificates, diplomas, or examination results marking the completion of secondary education or preparation for higher education (i.e., O- or A-level or IB exam results). If you have exam results to send and are given only one official copy, you must send attested photocopies of the results to us. Your school official or guidance counselor can attest the copies. Notarized copies are not acceptable.
