Teesside University International Scholarship
For programmes starting from September 2017
You may be eligible for a scholarship of ￡1000 or￡1500 in your first year of study if you are an international (non-European Union) student studying on a foundation, undergraduate or postgraduate programme.

International scholarships criteria
Teesside University offers scholarships to international (non-EU) students who apply with higher than average grades or English language ability. These Teesside University International Scholarships apply to full-time students on undergraduate, postgraduate taught and postgraduate research programmes. The Scholarships are not available to students during a work placement year.
The value of the Scholarship is either ￡1,000 or ￡1,500, based on your GPA or UKVI IELTS score. Your eligibility is assessed upon application and details will be included in your offer letter. The Scholarships are available to both sponsored and self-funded students and are awarded in the first year of study only, as a fee-reduction.
You are eligible for one Scholarship only - either the academic merit-based Scholarship rate, based on your GPA, or the English level scholarship, based on your UKVI IELTS score.
English Level Scholarship
This Scholarship is awarded based on your UKVI IELTS scores.
If you achieve a UKVI IELTS score of 0.5 above the minimum requirement for your course, you can receive ￡1,000
If you achieve a UKVI IELTS score of 1.0 above the minimum requirement for your course, you can receive ￡1,500
If you hold an English language test score other than UKVI IELTS, you have the option to submit it and sit an interview with the English Language Centre.

英語水平獎學金
英語水平獎學金在英國簽證移民局雅思成績的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)放。
(1)如果你的簽證移民局雅思成績高出最低成績，高出 0.5，你可以獲得1000英鎊;
(2)如果你的簽證移民局雅思成績高出最低成績，高出 1.0，你可以獲得1500英鎊;

Kickstart 商務(wù)獎
￡1,000 for all new undergraduate students to support you in your first year of study . You can use it for travel, accommodation or other living expenses.
You are eligible for this award if you are a UK or EU student (as defined by UCAS), or if you are a self-funding or sponsored international student, and enrol on a Teesside University Business School full-time undergraduate programme based at our Middlesbrough campus.

Staying-on Bonus

If you are an undergraduate international student (non-European Union) at Teesside University and wish to progress to postgraduate study - or if you complete a master's with us and progress a new postgraduate programme, you are eligible for a ￡1,000 staying-on bonus.
You will only receive the bonus if you apply directly to us and don't use an agent.
The ￡1,000 is awarded as a discount on your first-year fees for the next programme.
