2、聯(lián)系方式（E-mail和電話）和通訊地址
3、教育背景（包括在讀時間，一般精確到月；所在學(xué)校的名稱、專業(yè)、學(xué)位；成績，即GPA，美國學(xué)校一般采取4分制）
4、課外活動（時間；職責(zé)；成果）
5、論文或研究成果（所列著作要注明名稱、出版年月、出版單位；所列論文要注明論文題目、刊載的雜志或期刊名稱、期號、語種
對于在學(xué)術(shù)會議上發(fā)表的文章還要注明學(xué)術(shù)會議的名稱、召開的時間和地點等等，如果其中有被外國學(xué)者評論過的，最好附上刊載評論文章的雜志名稱及時間。）
6、工作經(jīng)驗（時間，一般精確到月；單位名稱；工作職責(zé)及成就）
7、外語（課程）水平（注明參加TOEFL、GRE（課程）等考試的時間、地點及各小項成績，若美國本科留學(xué)申請者掌握多門外語，則要注明語種并說明熟練程度）

因此，大家在制作自己簡歷的時候，一定要選擇有代表性的來寫。寫得少并不代表不豐富。對方看中的更多的是簡歷篇幅背后的東西。
2、簡歷要求短，但經(jīng)歷實在是太多了，沒辦法，只能靠縮小字體，并且把行間距以及段間距縮小，用word本身的自帶功能來將其控制在一頁紙以內(nèi)。
這種觀點是非常錯誤的。我們進(jìn)行留學(xué)文書的寫作，目的就是給讀者去閱讀。而我們的讀者是對方錄取委員會的教授，教授可不一定都是年輕的。
如果我們把字體調(diào)的很小，有些上點歲數(shù)的教授，他們看起來會非常別扭，第一印象就不會太好。
當(dāng)然，想把所有經(jīng)歷都寫進(jìn)去的心情是可以理解的，但當(dāng)經(jīng)歷很豐富的時候，一定要擇優(yōu)選取。留學(xué)文書，不在于你把“龍”畫得多長，而在于點睛之筆。
