成功學(xué)的創(chuàng)始人拿破侖·希爾說：“自信，是人類運(yùn)用和駕馭宇宙無窮大智的管道，是所有‘奇跡’的根基，是所有科學(xué)法則無法分析的玄妙神跡的發(fā)源地?！弊孕诺拇_在很大程度上促進(jìn)了一個人的成功，或許能夠這么說：“擁有自信，就擁有了成功的一半?！?BR> 兩個同樣努力工作的人，自信的人在工作時總會以一種更簡單的方式度過：當(dāng)很好地完成了任務(wù)時，會認(rèn)為這是因?yàn)樽约河袑?shí)力，當(dāng)遇到實(shí)在無法完成的任務(wù)時，則認(rèn)為也許任務(wù)本身實(shí)在太難。而缺少自信的人則會把成功歸功于好的運(yùn)氣，把失敗看成是自己本領(lǐng)不到家。只是由于這小小的心理差異，雖然兩人花的時間，精力都差不多，但往往較為自信的那一方收獲要大得多。
國內(nèi)外多少科學(xué)家，尤其是發(fā)明家，哪一位不是對自己所攻克的項(xiàng)目充滿信心呢一次又一次地失敗只會一次又一次地激發(fā)起他們的斗志——他們認(rèn)為：失敗越多，距離成功也就越近了。但自信不是平白無故地就會附著在人身上的，人首先要有真才實(shí)學(xué)，才會有真正好處上的自信，并把它作為一種極其有用的動力?？沼袧M腹自信，那只說得上是自以為是罷這種所謂的“自信”，不但不能推動人前進(jìn)，反而害人不淺。
同樣，在我們的學(xué)習(xí)中，僅有自信也是不夠的，自信就應(yīng)與努力有機(jī)地結(jié)合起來。時常見到有部分同學(xué)在考試前沒有一絲緊張，滿懷自信地步入考場。但考試過后，這部分同學(xué)中有的分?jǐn)?shù)挺高，有的分?jǐn)?shù)卻羞于見人。為什么呢因?yàn)榍罢呒茸孕?，又刻苦認(rèn)真地學(xué)習(xí);后者是單有自信，卻未付出努力。這兩類同學(xué)看上去都是充滿信心去考試，但由于平時知識的積累不一樣，后果就截然不同。
所以說，我們做人，就應(yīng)當(dāng)先做一個滿腹經(jīng)書，然后才充滿自信的人。因?yàn)樽孕胖皇且环N虛無的力量，想要成功，就得讓自信依附于“實(shí)干”這一燃燒自信的機(jī)械上，以使自信發(fā)揮出它應(yīng)有的力量。

尊敬的各位老師，親愛的同學(xué)們，大家晚上好!
自信，是走向成功的伴侶，是戰(zhàn)勝困難的利劍，是通向理想彼岸的帆船，有了它，就邁出了成功的第一步;有了它，就走上了義無反顧地追求路。
法國著名浪漫主義作家羅曼·羅蘭曾說過：“人能在一生之中取得成功，亦必只有一個源頭，而這個源頭唯有自信。”那么大家知道到底什么是自信嗎?自信就是對自身力量的確信，堅(jiān)信自己一定可以做成某事，實(shí)現(xiàn)所追求的目標(biāo)。俗話說得好：“這個世界是由自信創(chuàng)造出來的，力量是成功之本，自信是力量的源泉。”自信在我們的學(xué)習(xí)、生活、工作中具有巨大的推動力。
一代文學(xué)宗師韓愈，他初次應(yīng)試，就名落孫山。但當(dāng)他再次應(yīng)考時，面對相同的考題，竟然大膽地把原來的文章一字不漏的遞到了同一位考官的手中。也正是這位考官，當(dāng)即對這名斗膽呈來相同考卷的學(xué)生大為賞識，把它取為第一名。韓愈的這一舉動，在某些“正統(tǒng)派”的眼中，大概是十分荒.唐、十分放肆的。真是有點(diǎn)像“螳臂擋車——不自量力”。然而，放肆也好，不自量力也罷，韓愈卻偏偏成功了!他成功的秘訣是什么?——對!就是自信!
成功與失敗都取決于信心，持久堅(jiān)定的信心是成功的保證。一旦擁有了堅(jiān)定持久的信心，人就能爆發(fā)出巨大的、不可思議的力量。
《韓非子·和氏篇》中記述了卞和獻(xiàn)美玉的故事。卞和為了讓美玉光耀人間，先失去左腳，又失去右腳，卻始終不悔初衷，終于遇到慧眼識寶的人，使和氏璧成為稀世珍寶。倘若卞和被砍掉左足之后，對寶玉的真?zhèn)萎a(chǎn)生了懷疑和動搖，將其拋在深山峽谷之中，縱然寶玉再好，也只能與亂石為伍。但令人們敬佩的正是卞和的自信：“只要是真正的寶玉，總會有慧眼識寶的人?！弊罱K，他成功了!
自信的人，懂得“天生我才必有用”的道理，依靠著必勝的信心，在艱苦的搏擊中，駛向成功的彼岸!
歐洲大革命時代的拿破侖有這樣一句膾炙人口的名言：“不想當(dāng)將軍的士兵不是好士兵”。同樣“不敢當(dāng)將軍的士兵同樣不是好士兵”。對于這一點(diǎn)，我深有體會。
同學(xué)們一定都想知道我學(xué)習(xí)的秘訣是什么?其實(shí)答案很簡單——那就是自信。只有相信自己，才能在克服學(xué)習(xí)和生活中的困難時，爆發(fā)出無窮的勇氣，才能有戰(zhàn)勝困難的力量。試問一個人如果連看一眼困難的勇氣和信心都沒有，談何戰(zhàn)勝困難，談何走向成功?不是有這樣一句話嗎?“自信的人不一定會成功，但不自信的人絕對不會成功。”所以要成功，首先便要自信。
最后我送大家一句話：“一分自信，一份成功，十分自信，十分成功?！?BR> 各位老師，同學(xué)們，大家好!
美國作家海倫、凱勒說過，對于凌駕于命運(yùn)之上的人來說，信心是命運(yùn)的主宰，人之所以“能”，是因?yàn)樾拧澳堋?----信心是人的征服者，它戰(zhàn)勝了人，又存在于人的心中，每個人都渴望成功，為成功而拼搏，就像前往一個遙遠(yuǎn)的圣地，道路艱難且漫長，你 用什么去戰(zhàn)勝膽怯從而達(dá)到光明的未來?心理學(xué)認(rèn)為：自信就是自己相信自己，就是對自己應(yīng)該做的事情有必勝的決心和意志，就是對自己未來永遠(yuǎn)充滿希望的心理體驗(yàn)，自信，是成功的基石!“我自信，我快樂”即是真理。
自信，是一種明亮而不刺眼的光輝，一種圓潤而不逆耳的聲響，一種驕傲而不自負(fù)的姿態(tài)，也是一種不向周圍申訴求告的大氣，一種理會哄鬧的微笑，一種洗刷了偏激的淡漠，一種并不陡峭的高山，我自信，我快樂-----即使每個人的背后都有無數(shù)這樣那樣的故事，光鮮，或者不堪的，他們都像一摞摞日記本里反復(fù)強(qiáng)調(diào)的那樣，前一句寫了憤 或憂傷，后一句一定要跟上“我相信明天不是這樣”，微笑著去唱生活的歌謠，不去埋怨生活給予的太多坎坷，我們需要的是自信面對。
自信，不止像企鵝那樣靜靜地站在海邊翹首以盼機(jī)會的來臨，而是如雄鷹一般不停的翻飛翱翔，相信自己一定能夠;自信，不是面對峰回路轉(zhuǎn)，雜草叢生的前途枉自感嘆，而是勇敢的向前，披荊斬棘，舉步探索;自信，不是拘泥于命運(yùn)的禁錮，聽?wèi){命運(yùn)擺布的提線木偶，而是奮力敲擊其神秘的門扉，使之洞開一個新的天地···
在這個世界上，一星隕落，黯然不了星光燦爛;一花凋零，荒蕪不了整個春天，所以如果你想畫滿一面長墻，除了相信自己能調(diào)出最微妙的色彩，沒有別的事情對描繪更有意義;如果你想用鏡頭記錄每朵花的姿態(tài)，除了相信自己能尋找到一路花香的街道，沒有別的機(jī)會能為神奇的念頭而增色-----不要遲疑，要像驚蟄時的聲響一樣，像花朵萌發(fā)時的色彩一樣，像千千萬萬不為人知卻又結(jié)結(jié)實(shí)實(shí)發(fā)生的故事一樣，一個敢于為自己縱情描繪的長卷，終會有揮毫潑墨的尾聲!!
最后，每一個曾經(jīng)、馬上、即將面對考驗(yàn)的同學(xué)，請努力，請一直努力，驕傲地昂頭說：我自信，我快樂!!!

偉大的科學(xué)家愛因斯坦在小時候被老師認(rèn)為是低能兒。一次，他面對慍怒的老師，不慌不忙地從書桌下舉起另兩只粗陋的小板凳，解釋道：“這是我第一次做的，這是我第二次做的……剛才那個是我第三次做的。他們雖然不太令人滿意，但我努力了，即使進(jìn)步是微小的?！?BR> 這段話實(shí)在發(fā)人深思。如果換為我們，而對老師嚴(yán)厲的責(zé)備，會怎樣做?我會漲紅了臉默不作聲，任憑老師無情的指責(zé)而毫不解釋，麻木不仁;我也許還會無可奈何地說：“我已經(jīng)努力了，但我真的是力不從心，我很笨。”于是，我會深深地抱怨自己拙劣的手工技能，我常規(guī)的做法與想法表現(xiàn)的是我很自卑，認(rèn)為自己無能為力。而愛因斯坦那一番精辟的話則顯得他十分自信，面對這微小的進(jìn)步自信而不自負(fù)，讓人敬佩。我想，愛因斯坦以后之所以能夠干出一番驚天動地的偉業(yè)，原因就在此吧。
“人貴有自信”，不錯的，沒有自信心的人就會變得自卑;自信心過強(qiáng)的人又容易驕傲?？v觀古今中外，這樣的事例不是比比皆是嗎?當(dāng)代兒童文學(xué)作家嚴(yán)文井年輕時曾報(bào)考過四所大學(xué)，但四次考試均以失敗告終。在這名落孫山之時，連他父親都對他另眼相看。嚴(yán)文井沒有彷徨苦悶，更沒有自輕自賤，而是自信地說：“決不能讓自己這么平庸的活下去?！庇谑牵米约涸诒本┊?dāng)小職員的機(jī)會，秉燭夜讀，刻苦練習(xí)寫作，閱讀了大量書籍，終于寫出了許多膾炙人口的佳作，成為我國當(dāng)代的兒童文學(xué)作家。
在廣東也曾有過這樣的一件事：一個12歲的少年就學(xué)會了微積分，可謂是個熠熠發(fā)光的小神童，但由于他過于自信，驕傲得甚至讓自己在生活上放任自流，在學(xué)習(xí)上得過且過，最后竟落得高考名落孫山，只好到一個工廠去做了臨時工的境地。
大量事實(shí)告訴我們：自信也是具有兩重性的。當(dāng)一個人屢屢失敗，心灰意冷，他需要振奮，需要自信，這時自信會給他帶來勇氣和力量，使他為成功而奮斗。相反，過于自信，就會沾沾自喜，夜郎自大，至使成功的彼岸離他愈來愈遠(yuǎn)，他便會被時代的飛速發(fā)展所淘汰。
我終于大徹大悟：真正自信的人，不是妄自菲薄;真正自信的人，不是自慚形穢。

在這萬象更新，生機(jī)盎然的季節(jié)里，我們歡聚一堂隆重舉行“三八國際婦女節(jié)”101周年慶?；顒?。學(xué)校為我們安排了這樣一次意義非凡的演講比賽，雖然我知道所有的參賽選手中, 我的年齡，雖然我知道高手如云，后生可畏。但我還是來了，第一，我認(rèn)為自己還年輕，第二，我喜歡這樣的活動，第三，我自信。
自信的女人是最美麗的，不是嗎?你看這邊的周建紅老師自信又美麗。自信就是一種樂觀的胸懷，一種積極的精神，一種執(zhí)著的信念，一種嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)淖黠L(fēng)。在改革開放的現(xiàn)代社會里，在競爭激烈的今天，自信顯得尤為重要。
雖然自信與自卑只是一字之差，但其意義卻大相徑庭，自信是陽光，是海岸，是藍(lán)天，它可以送你走上成功之路;自卑，是陰云，是礁石，是暴風(fēng)雨，它可以把你從陽光大道推向無底深淵。我們生活在這樣一個富足而又美好的時代里，工作在這樣一個和諧而又優(yōu)美的的校園環(huán)境里，我們應(yīng)該都很自信，不必自卑。
回首我的工作歷程，我八八年參加工作，到現(xiàn)在已二十二年了，當(dāng)了十二年的班主任，先后調(diào)動了五次工作，不管我曾經(jīng)多么出色，每到一個新的單位，我都要從零開始，以自己秀的一面展現(xiàn)給新的學(xué)校。在這二十二年里，我自信自強(qiáng)，我刻苦努力，我無怨無悔。二十二年，我可以說：我無愧于黨的教育事業(yè)。
我來箴言已七年了，剛來的時候，我既高興又擔(dān)心，擔(dān)心的是：第一，那時我還沒被正式調(diào)入。第二，我聽說做一名箴言的女理科老師很難，何況我還沒上過高三呢。不過，我還是很自信，鼓足勇氣來了。當(dāng)時學(xué)校只安排了我一個班，217班，我知道這是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)在考驗(yàn)我，那一年，是挑戰(zhàn)自我的一年，那一年是我工作最艱難的一年，那一年是我能否在箴言站穩(wěn)腳跟的一年。我?guī)缀跆焯旌蛯W(xué)生在一起，為他們排憂解難，有時候晚自習(xí)在教室里一站就是兩，三個小時，真的是腰酸背疼，唇焦舌燥啊。
一份耕耘一份收獲，我的工作態(tài)度和工作業(yè)績受到了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)們的肯定。后來我被正式調(diào)入了箴言，而且這一屆我還順利的上到了高三。我記得**年學(xué)校給了我一個三等功，**年學(xué)校又評選我為畢業(yè)班優(yōu)秀任課教師出席畢業(yè)班工作表彰大會，我知道這是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對我工作的的褒獎。這些對于有的人來說算不了什么榮譽(yù)，但對于我，一個進(jìn)高中六年，進(jìn)箴言才四年的四十歲的女?dāng)?shù)學(xué)老師來講真的是太大的榮譽(yù)了，這太讓我感動了，真的真的感謝學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，感謝我所在的年級組。這讓我感到無比榮幸和自豪，從此我變得更加自信了，到現(xiàn)在我還總是以此來激勵自己更加努力的工作。無論是教一個班，兩個班，還是三個班，我都是勤勤懇懇，任勞任怨，精益求精，奮勇爭先。
