加拿大聯(lián)邦技術(shù)移民類別將于5月4日重開，該國移民部已公布24類合資格申請職業(yè)，未來一年只接受這些職業(yè)的申請，限額為5000個(gè)。加拿大移民專家介紹，重開后的技術(shù)移民申請，不僅限制可申請的職業(yè)種類，每種職業(yè)的年限額也只有300個(gè)，而全年所有申請的總額則以5000個(gè)為上限，因此某些職業(yè)種類可能還沒滿額，但若全年的總額已經(jīng)滿了，即停止接收申請。
據(jù)了解，24類合資格的職業(yè)中，與醫(yī)療有關(guān)的治療及技術(shù)人員多達(dá)10類，而各類別工程師也占9項(xiàng)。但申請人必須先取得加拿大雇主的聘用，并獲簽勞工市場意見書(LM O )才能申請，明顯對人已在本國工作的臨時(shí)勞工較為有利，至于那些人還在外國的工程師，恐怕將較難申請技術(shù)移民。移民部長康尼承諾，重開后的技術(shù)移民申請只需約一年即能完成審批，為清除申請積壓，對申請職業(yè)和數(shù)目設(shè)限。

另外，加國移民部也公布4家被指定提供教育文憑認(rèn)證的機(jī)構(gòu)，認(rèn)證的收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不相同，約由200元至500元左右。有些機(jī)構(gòu)的認(rèn)證時(shí)間可能較長，比如“加拿大醫(yī)療委員會”對在亞洲完成的學(xué)歷認(rèn)證時(shí)間需要105天。申請人除了學(xué)歷需要經(jīng)由指定的機(jī)構(gòu)認(rèn)證外，還必須在英法語的聽、說、讀、寫能力上達(dá)到加拿大語言標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(CLB)的7級，合雅思6級水平。
