And a good sleep is also very important, as in sleep, human’s brain will eliminate a kind of substance that is produced in the daytime while working, and this substance will prohibit your brain from thinking if there is too much of it.
4.Yes, it is very necessary for me to take a vacation, but it won’t be too long, about 7 to 10 days. And in the first one or two days I’ll totally relax my body and mind, doing nothing but getting enough sleep at home, and in the next couple of days I’ll go for a trip nearby or abroad, and it depends on the length of my vacation. And I think the key of vacation is to make yourself completely way from work and do something else.
