春華秋實，花開花謝，轉眼間我留美回國已近三年。本來竊以為歲月消磨，已不似當年少年意氣，但是還是常常莫名地感動，為那些默默堅持著人生理想的托福學生。很多學生要在周末很冷的早晨六點多就出門等公共汽車，只是為了能夠準時趕上上午的課。我總覺得自己有義務為這些可敬的年輕人多做一些事情。所以在從事我喜歡的法律事務(本人是中華人民共和國的執(zhí)業(yè)律師)及講授托福閱讀課程之余，我還想從一名留美青年老海龜的角度，*一下無聊的托?？谡Z考試，也算是為無數追求理想和尊嚴的青年學生做一些事。
新托?？谡Z考試得分標準：1、詳細具體(空洞的形容詞和花哨的句子結構不能得分)；2、詞匯量和語法現象要多；3、規(guī)定時間內盡可能說快一點，多說一點，信息量大一點。
我深深知道，中國學生缺乏大量的語言環(huán)境，在僅有15至30秒的準備時間內要完美地做到以上幾點是基本不可能的。那么，是不是要因為一個小小的口語考試就放棄我們在加州的陽光下散步的權利呢？當然不會！既然我們不能依賴于現場發(fā)揮，那么就通過平時準備，來大大減低現場難度要求。其核心就是——轉化原則，在充分領會轉化原則的基礎上，創(chuàng)建自己的模板，以精練的短句，清楚的表達為主。

新托?？谡Z考試六大題型中的第一種是問你一個你所熟悉的人、地方、東西或者事件，你需要在回答中加入具體的例子和細節(jié)。例如：
choose a place you like and explain why you like this place.
