服務臺/前臺(Information Counter/Front Desk):記得當你有任何需要時,最快也是最便捷的方法,就是直接找服務臺/前臺人員了。
Reception接待處
Registration登記處
可以幫你處理相關的住宿手續(xù)或其它問題。延長、取消或更換住宿房間,在這里都可以搞定。
Cashier 出納
這里可以計算住宿的費用、兌換外幣,也可以在這兒租用保險箱(safe/safe deposit box)。
Information 服務臺
這里可以提供許多旅游資訊,也可以幫你推薦介紹,甚至是預約餐館、劇院的門票,連叫車服務也有。
飯店服務
住宿期間,你可以親自或直接撥電話到Front Desk要求以下服務
晨間叫醒電話
你可以說:Excuse me, can I have a wake-up call at seven tomorrow morning?
對不起,可不可以在明天早上七點叫醒我?
保管重要物品
你可以說:Would you please keep the valuables for me?
可不可以幫我保管這些貴重物品?
廣播找人
你可以說:I want to page someone, please.
我想廣播找人。

要求物品
你可以說:Would you please bring me up some towels?
可不可以給我送一些毛巾上來?
修理損壞的設備
你可以說:The air-conditioning doesn't work.
空調壞了。
也可以說:There is something wrong with the air-conditioning.
空調好像有點問題。
The bathroom is leaking, and there are no towels or tissue.
浴室漏水,可這兒沒有毛巾和衛(wèi)生紙。
然后說: Could you please send someone up?
可不可派人上來修一下?
要求換房
你可以說:The room's insulation is bad. I want to change my room, but to a room with a view as good as this one.
房間隔音很差。我想換房,但要換一間有同樣景致的。
I want to change to a room for one with only a shower room.
我想換一間只有淋浴室的單人間。
