王淵源：很高興再次來到無憂跟各位網(wǎng)友交流！也很高興今天能跟臧老師一起來，臧老師對雅思非常精通，尤其是口語和寫作方面。
網(wǎng)友：我現(xiàn)在是在準(zhǔn)備雅思考試，想問一下口語方面應(yīng)該如何準(zhǔn)備？
臧悅洋：這個問題比較有相對性。很多大學(xué)在你學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位的時候會接受5.5的成績。But, it is a conditional acceptance, which means that you have to attend language courses before you enter regular classes. The rule of thumb is that you need 6 for 學(xué)士 and 7 for碩士。
網(wǎng)友：我在寫作中總感覺例證不夠，話不多，在套話寫出來以后就發(fā)現(xiàn)話不多了。怎么辦呢？
臧悅洋：Giving examples for all your arguments is a pretty good idea. Otherwise, you will find it hard to come up with enough words. It's also very obvious for the examiner to see that you have remembered paragraphes from the book.
網(wǎng)友：我現(xiàn)在高二，家里人想讓我出國讀大學(xué)，我現(xiàn)在應(yīng)該準(zhǔn)備些什么？很茫然。。。
臧悅洋：高二應(yīng)該更重點(diǎn)準(zhǔn)備你的詞匯量和實(shí)際場景練習(xí)。因?yàn)閷W(xué)校里學(xué)習(xí)的英文內(nèi)容和你出國所應(yīng)用的內(nèi)容完全不一樣。你應(yīng)該更多看電影和在移民網(wǎng)站的介紹中尋求所需準(zhǔn)備的事宜和提高你自己的英語水平。如果能夠找到相關(guān)的課本，就能更好地提高了。多在網(wǎng)上搜索，你就能看到更多信息。Try to use Google and Yahoo's English website, you can a better understanding.
網(wǎng)友：老師好我是１１月底考試請問我現(xiàn)在應(yīng)該怎么復(fù)習(xí)效果更好，還有寫作在這段時間怎么復(fù)習(xí)謝謝
王淵源：你還有一個月的復(fù)習(xí)時間。在這段時間里，一定要注意三個方面：1）堅持每天做準(zhǔn)備2）有效地分配時間3）多接觸“真題”。
1）Study for the test each and every day. This might sound a little bit silly to put first, but it is extremely important. We all live busy lives, and it's easy for other things to get in the way of our study, but you must make time every day to prepare for the test. How much time will you spend preparing each day?
2) Effectively allocate your time. Once you know how much time you plan to spend, you should think about how to divide your time amongst various different methods of preparation. Don't spend all of your time working on one part! Depending on your current level, you should spend some time practicing listening, reading, writing and speaking. You may also want to spend some time specifically working on building your vocabulary, but with a month left I don't think you should spend to much time just 背ing 單詞. Your vocabulary will improve from practicing for the various sections of the test. How much time you should spend working on each section depends on your individual situation.
3) Be exposed to real test questions. The IELTS folks have released several books of actual test questions. You should do these tests. Another good source of model test questions is New Channel's series of model tests.
As for improving your writing, the most important thing to do is write! If you write an essay a day every day from now until you take the test, you will almost certainly be able to improve your score on the writing section.
網(wǎng)友：臧老師，我的口語到一定水平之后發(fā)現(xiàn)很難再提高了。我該如何復(fù)習(xí)？
臧悅洋：It's pretty hard to progress once you are at a certain point. You will find that you are not getting better, instead, you are getting worse. Be patient, most of us will suffer from this period for sure. You can try to tape yourself, and give your opinion about a particular event. Do it every day and listen to it to find your mistakes. Give yourself one week to improve, and at the end of the week, you can find yourself improving greatly. In addtion, speak English to someone regularly also helps, like a friend.
網(wǎng)友：老師，雅思聽力考試的時候是不是只放一遍呢？
臧悅洋：YES!!!!! Pay attention
網(wǎng)友：我需要作文得到6分，我想問一下達(dá)到6分很難嗎？
臧悅洋：Yes, it is pretty hard. If you only have a short period of time, I recommend you to memorize some 模板句型，I haaaaate to say that! In addition, you should also write down some examples that are close to your life to make up for the words needed.
網(wǎng)友：王老師，聽說您的中文比母語說的還要地道是真的嗎，還讀論語，您是神一般的人物啊 ~佩服
王淵源： 說得太客氣啦！我的英文還是說的比中文好很多。論語讀是讀過，但背不出來，不像于丹那樣.;)
網(wǎng)友：老師，見了老外話都說不出來，怎么克服這個難題?。?BR> 臧悅洋：Just pretend you are talking to a child! It really helps. Either that or you are never going to be able to overcome the psycological barrier.
網(wǎng)友：我打算今年準(zhǔn)備出國，雅思大概多少分可以申請到比較好的學(xué)校？
臧悅洋：Depends on what you apply for. Some really good ones ask for 7, or 7.5, depending on the major. Generally speaking, 6 will get you into the school. 5.5 will require language preparation in that school.

網(wǎng)友：臧老師，您好，我已經(jīng)考過2次雅思了，但不是很理想，我現(xiàn)在有幾個月的時間可以系統(tǒng)備考一下，我打算再考前2個月的時候準(zhǔn)備IC ，然后考前一個月就大量的說，不知道這種方法能讓我取得怎樣的成績？ 更希望您能根據(jù)我現(xiàn)在的情況給我提一些建議，我希望口語能達(dá)到6.5 或者7分，謝謝！
臧悅洋：I can understand that you are under a lot of stress because of the 2 previous tests. However, 2 months are really enough. Let's try 3 months. Speak all the time. Do not prepare and speak. You are suppose to do that spontaneously.
網(wǎng)友： 我做雅思閱讀的時候總覺得特別頭疼，有沒有關(guān)于雅思閱讀方面可以指點(diǎn)的地方？
臧悅洋：單詞的積累可以幫助你。但是更好的方法是把文章分成一段段的。這樣讀的時候就沒有那么大心理負(fù)擔(dān)。但是單詞在句子中的應(yīng)用是非常重要的。

網(wǎng)友：只有雅思成績能申請到美國研究生較好的商科學(xué)校嗎？
王淵源：沒有，雖然很多美國學(xué)?，F(xiàn)在接受雅思成績，但是基本上都還是同時承認(rèn)托福成績。
網(wǎng)友：我是今年高考考生，成績不是很理想，希望出國學(xué)習(xí)。作為落榜考生，希望老師能夠給我一些鼓勵還有一些方法上的建議？
臧悅洋：呵呵，落榜不是那么壞的事情。塞翁失馬，焉知非福。沒有這次的挫敗，就沒有你日后的動力。希望你能和別的同學(xué)一起學(xué)習(xí)，可能會更能看清自己的學(xué)習(xí)錯誤和知道如何提高。能多看英文電影嗎？這樣會更容易提高聽力和提高語感。不要多看，一定要認(rèn)準(zhǔn)一個電影天天看，反復(fù)看，知道能夠背誦，這樣就能夠更好地提高。
網(wǎng)友： 我自己從來沒有和外國人交談過，到雅思口語考試的時候會不會比較不知所措？
王淵源：很有可能！但不是必然的。 好你能夠在考試之前找個機(jī)會做個口語模考，在新航道總部就可以做。當(dāng)然，如果沒有條件也沒關(guān)系,只要你能夠保持好的心態(tài)。我建議你至少找個中國朋友讓他給你做幾次完整的口語?？肌?BR> 網(wǎng)友：怎么判斷自己是適合托福還是雅思？
臧悅洋：It really depends on where you are going. If the school accept both, try IELTS. It is a good test, and hasn't been changed greatly. It is easier to know what's coming in the test.
網(wǎng)友：通過劍橋3、4、5的聽力題來提高聽力的方法可行嗎？ BEC1沒有過（就是聽力不好），要達(dá)到雅思聽力5、6分的話，一般人需要多久？
臧悅洋：It also depends on the person. If you listen to it continuously, you can improve greatly. Aside from these tapes, you can also try listen to movies and understand the context better.
網(wǎng)友：2位老師好，希望能推薦一些您聽的廣播，或者看的書籍？

網(wǎng)友： 臧老師，能簡單介紹下加拿大的風(fēng)土人情嗎？
臧悅洋：Canada is a really great country. People are quite nice and kind. You don't have to worry about discrimination so much. If you go to Vancouver or Toronto, you will see plenty of Chinese people. Canadians are generally polite and kind. Be straightforward, and speak your mind. It is easier to get what you want in Canada.
網(wǎng)友： 和老外講口語的時候經(jīng)常會說一些不標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的句子，有時有些話到嘴邊上就忘記了，往往過去以后會發(fā)現(xiàn)如果有時間思考一下的話就會說的比較完美，但在當(dāng)時的情景下不可能有過多的思考時間，總是遺憾。請問老師如何克服這種情況？
臧悅洋：You don't have to worry. That is a process that you have to go through. You will get better as the time goes by. If you want to improve yourself in a hurry, you can tape yourself and correct your mistakes and tape yourself again.
網(wǎng)友：在美國上高中關(guān)于打工的具體規(guī)定是什么？
臧悅洋：Many students can work when they are 16, but you can't(I think) because you are an international student, but, check with immigration!
網(wǎng)友：雅思寫作是應(yīng)該多練習(xí)，可是平常寫的作文的沒有人批改，也不知道自己有沒有進(jìn)步，請問老師，這個問題有辦法解決嗎？
臧悅洋：Try to check articles on line and compare them. You will find you often miss a verb here and there or use the wrong tense.
網(wǎng)友： 老師，能不能推薦一些可以提高聽力和口語的mp3?
臧悅洋：Try to record the dialogues in the movies. This is will be greatly useful. If you happen to have the script, it will be even better.
網(wǎng)友： 美國加拿大有沒有專門的體育或藝術(shù)專業(yè)方面的高中？請老師推薦幾所比較好的學(xué)校，這類學(xué)校是不是收費(fèi)也比較高呢？
臧悅洋：As far as I know of, there are very few schools that offer these course. It's because that Canada offer 12 years of schooling for free. Well, you have to check the website.
網(wǎng)友：發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)習(xí)的時候沒太注意書面語言和口語的區(qū)別.比如動感英語中,那些俚語可以在考試寫作中用么?
臧悅洋：Of course, as long as you use idioms wisely. Do not use too much, and try to write formally!
網(wǎng)友：王校長， 我打算去英國讀碩士，我想問您的是： 我不滿足于打工只做服務(wù)性行業(yè)，您所見過的我們海外留學(xué)生，他們都做了哪些工作是比較有成長性的？ 還有， 您能否推薦我們一本關(guān)于留學(xué)在英國的書，關(guān)于打工或者學(xué)習(xí)方面成功或失敗的案例，非常感謝！
王淵源：“有成長性”是一個相對的概念，跟你對什么感興趣或者將來想做什么有很大的關(guān)系。比如，如果你將來想做銷售，可能在一個零售店里打工是個很有價值的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。你得考慮你想在那個方面發(fā)展。如果是研究生的話，可以看看有沒有機(jī)會給教授打工，在國外一般是給錢的。還有，服務(wù)行業(yè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)有時候也是很有價值的。
有關(guān)留學(xué)英語的書籍我不太熟悉，但是我們新航道的其他老師，比如徐卡嘉，是這方面的專家，您可以等他們下次到無憂做訪談的時候問。
網(wǎng)友：雅思聽力和六級聽力比哪個更難?還有雅思聽力對詞匯量要求大概要多少？
臧悅洋：There are some differences. I believe that ILETS is more difficult considering it covers a wider range of things.
網(wǎng)友：看了一個新聞，現(xiàn)在去美國 留學(xué)的簽證放寬了，相對容易。我想問一下，現(xiàn)在赴英聯(lián)邦國家留學(xué)的情況怎么樣呢？
王淵源：去英聯(lián)邦國家的情況還是不錯。部分學(xué)校或者國家對英語水平的要求有所提高，但是簽證一般不是特別大的問題。關(guān)鍵是要做充分的準(zhǔn)備。
網(wǎng)友：我是新手,剛開始練雅思,由于以前有做T的經(jīng)驗(yàn),閱讀沒什么問題,但是雅思聽力有一個問題一直讓我很郁悶,就是如何才能抓住每個考點(diǎn)并且迅速寫出字啊? 比如做劍3我一般都錯11個左右,但是大部分集中在填空上,而且是那種一個空馬上接著另外一個空的題上.我每次都是一聽到一個考的詞就寫,但是發(fā)現(xiàn)寫完這個詞后,后面1,2個空的考點(diǎn)就錯過去了.....基本上我會有6分左右這樣丟的.事實(shí)上,我如果從頭到尾像老托那樣聽,幾乎全能懂,就是每次填空時腦袋會錯過后面的考點(diǎn).我認(rèn)為這個是技巧不足的問題.
臧悅洋：I understand what you mean. Many people have the same problems. The trick is to write down the words and listen to the tape all at the same time, and write it down fast. However, it is kind of difficult to do. I suggest you do lots of practice.

臧悅洋：You don't have to worry. That is a process that you have to go through. You will get better as the time goes by. If you want to improve yourself in a hurry, you can tape yourself and correct your mistakes and tape yourself again.
網(wǎng)友：在美國上高中關(guān)于打工的具體規(guī)定是什么？
臧悅洋：Many students can work when they are 16, but you can't(I think) because you are an international student, but, check with immigration!
網(wǎng)友：雅思寫作是應(yīng)該多練習(xí)，可是平常寫的作文的沒有人批改，也不知道自己有沒有進(jìn)步，請問老師，這個問題有辦法解決嗎？
臧悅洋：Try to check articles on line and compare them. You will find you often miss a verb here and there or use the wrong tense.
網(wǎng)友： 老師，能不能推薦一些可以提高聽力和口語的mp3?
臧悅洋：Try to record the dialogues in the movies. This is will be greatly useful. If you happen to have the script, it will be even better.
網(wǎng)友： 美國加拿大有沒有專門的體育或藝術(shù)專業(yè)方面的高中？請老師推薦幾所比較好的學(xué)校，這類學(xué)校是不是收費(fèi)也比較高呢？
臧悅洋：As far as I know of, there are very few schools that offer these course. It's because that Canada offer 12 years of schooling for free. Well, you have to check the website.
網(wǎng)友：發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)習(xí)的時候沒太注意書面語言和口語的區(qū)別.比如動感英語中,那些俚語可以在考試寫作中用么?
臧悅洋：Of course, as long as you use idioms wisely. Do not use too much, and try to write formally!
網(wǎng)友：王校長， 我打算去英國讀碩士，我想問您的是： 我不滿足于打工只做服務(wù)性行業(yè)，您所見過的我們海外留學(xué)生，他們都做了哪些工作是比較有成長性的？ 還有， 您能否推薦我們一本關(guān)于留學(xué)在英國的書，關(guān)于打工或者學(xué)習(xí)方面成功或失敗的案例，非常感謝！
王淵源：“有成長性”是一個相對的概念，跟你對什么感興趣或者將來想做什么有很大的關(guān)系。比如，如果你將來想做銷售，可能在一個零售店里打工是個很有價值的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。你得考慮你想在那個方面發(fā)展。如果是研究生的話，可以看看有沒有機(jī)會給教授打工，在國外一般是給錢的。還有，服務(wù)行業(yè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)有時候也是很有價值的。
有關(guān)留學(xué)英語的書籍我不太熟悉，但是我們新航道的其他老師，比如徐卡嘉，是這方面的專家，您可以等他們下次到無憂做訪談的時候問。
網(wǎng)友：雅思聽力和六級聽力比哪個更難?還有雅思聽力對詞匯量要求大概要多少？
臧悅洋：There are some differences. I believe that ILETS is more difficult considering it covers a wider range of things.
網(wǎng)友：看了一個新聞，現(xiàn)在去美國 留學(xué)的簽證放寬了，相對容易。我想問一下，現(xiàn)在赴英聯(lián)邦國家留學(xué)的情況怎么樣呢？
王淵源：去英聯(lián)邦國家的情況還是不錯。部分學(xué)校或者國家對英語水平的要求有所提高，但是簽證一般不是特別大的問題。關(guān)鍵是要做充分的準(zhǔn)備。
網(wǎng)友：我是新手,剛開始練雅思,由于以前有做T的經(jīng)驗(yàn),閱讀沒什么問題,但是雅思聽力有一個問題一直讓我很郁悶,就是如何才能抓住每個考點(diǎn)并且迅速寫出字啊? 比如做劍3我一般都錯11個左右,但是大部分集中在填空上,而且是那種一個空馬上接著另外一個空的題上.我每次都是一聽到一個考的詞就寫,但是發(fā)現(xiàn)寫完這個詞后,后面1,2個空的考點(diǎn)就錯過去了.....基本上我會有6分左右這樣丟的.事實(shí)上,我如果從頭到尾像老托那樣聽,幾乎全能懂,就是每次填空時腦袋會錯過后面的考點(diǎn).我認(rèn)為這個是技巧不足的問題.
臧悅洋：I understand what you mean. Many people have the same problems. The trick is to write down the words and listen to the tape all at the same time, and write it down fast. However, it is kind of difficult to do. I suggest you do lots of practice.
