正確掌握和運用詞組是英語學習中的難點之一。如果說生詞是考研英語中的“攔路虎”，詞組則是考研答題過程中的“絆腳石”。僅僅能將單詞倒背如流，面對詞組也還是會束手無策，尤其是當考試中遇到閱讀、完型和翻譯中的詞組時更是一片茫然，白白丟分。
1. cast out 趕出，驅(qū)逐
The members of the association did not like his behaviour, so they cast him out.

2. catch at 試圖抓住，拼命抓
A drowning man will catch at a straw.快淹死的人一根稻草也會抓。
