別在運動中受傷

高強度和挑戰(zhàn)極限的訓(xùn)練如果沒有適當?shù)谋Wo措施,很容易讓人受傷。運動員們幾乎個個都有傷病,有些的運動員不得不因為傷病而退役,比如曾經(jīng)創(chuàng)造了體操7個10分奇跡的科馬內(nèi)奇。羽毛球女雙楊維和張潔雯也是因為傷病的困擾而發(fā)揮不理想、被淘汰出局。所以,各位運動愛好者們,一定要注意在運動的時候要好好保護自己,盡量不要受傷。
    今天我們要聊的就是運動中常見的損傷。
    1. Ankle Injury腳踝受傷
    A: Doctor!
    醫(yī)生!
    B: What is the matter?
    你怎么了?
    A: I sprained my ankle. It's killing me!
    我扭傷了腳踝,好疼??!
    B: Where exactly does it hurt?
    扭在哪兒了?
    A: Right here, it's badly bruised and swollen.
    就在這里,青腫得很厲害。
    B: Take it easy. Let me have a look. Oh, it's nothing serious.
    別緊張,讓我看看。不是很嚴重的問題。
    A: Do you think I can go on with the game?
    你認為我能接著比賽嗎?
    B: Yes. I'll give you an analgesic spray, and it should relieve the pain. Do you feel better now?
    能。我給你噴一點止疼劑,疼痛就會緩解。你現(xiàn)在感覺好點兒了嗎?
    A: Yes. Thank you, doctor.
    好點兒了。謝謝你,醫(yī)生。
    2. Leg Injury腿部受傷
    A: What's wrong with you?
    你怎么了?
    B: My leg hurts and I cannot stand. I think my leg is broken.
    我腿疼,站不起來。我的腿好像骨折了。
    A: Please don't move. I'll get you a stretcher right away. Does it hurt here?
    請不要動。我馬上給你叫擔架。這里疼嗎?
    B: Yes, a lot.
    疼,疼得厲害。
    A: I think you need an X-ray. We'll send you to the hospital at once. Don't worry, you'll be all right.
    我想你需要拍X光片,我們馬上送你去醫(yī)院。別擔心,你會好的。
    B: I'd like my team doctor to go with me. Is it OK?
    我想讓我的隊醫(yī)跟我一起去,可以嗎?
    A: Sure.
    當然可以。
