    1.Audit 查賬，認證
    A: Who is coming to audit today?
    B: Our parent company.
    A：今天誰來查賬?。?BR>    B：總公司。
    2.Board of Directors 董事會
    A: Who forms our Board of Directors?
    B: Representatives from both sides of the joint venture.
    A：哪些人組成董事會？
    B：合資雙方的代表。
    3.Business tax 營業(yè)稅
    A: How much is the business tax in China?
    B: 5%.
    A：中國的營業(yè)稅是多少？
    B：5%。
    4.Certify/Certification/Certified 認證
    A: Who would certify our testing labs?
    B: It's up to the customer on how we should certify our labs.
    A：誰來認證我們的實驗室?。?BR>    B：由客戶決定怎樣認證我們的實驗室。
    5.Corruption 腐化
    A: Corruption is not allowed under business law.
    B: Right. Corruption disturbs the normal business environment.
    A：腐化是違反商法的。

    1.Foreign investment 外商投資
    A: Is foreign investment encouraged in China?
    B: Yes. China wants to attract as much investment as possible.

    2.Misconduct 違法行為
    A: There was some misconduct of the Enrun Company officials.
    B: Yeah. They took money and run.
    A：Enrun公司的官員有一些違法行為。
    B：是的，他們攜款潛逃了。
    3.Monopoly 壟斷
    A: Is it allowed to become a monopoly?
    B: No. It's not allowed under the business law.
    A：壟斷是允許的嗎？
    B：不是，商法是不允許壟斷的。
    4.Registration 注冊登記
    A: Did you register your business?
    B: I sure did. Look at the license on the wall.
    A：你的商店注冊了嗎？
    B：當然，你看執(zhí)照就掛在墻上。
    5.Scope of business 業(yè)務范圍
    A: So what is the scope of your business?
    B: Import and export of industrial products.
    A：那么你的業(yè)務范圍是什么？
    B：工業(yè)產(chǎn)品的進出口業(yè)務。
