1. 海洋運輸險（Marine Insurance）險別的英文表達
海洋運輸險（Marine Insurance）的險別是保險公司根據(jù)貨物在運輸途中可能遭受到的自然災(zāi)害和意外事故的種類、造成損失的程度和情況而和被保險人約定的應(yīng)承擔(dān)各種不同責(zé)任的規(guī)定。
中國人民保險公司（The People‘s Insurance Company of China）制訂的中國保險條款（China Insurance Clauses， C.I.C. / CIC） 中的海洋運輸貨物保險條款（Ocean Marine Cargo Clauses）包括3個基本險別：平安險F.P.A. （Free From Particular Average），水漬險W.P.A.（With Particular Average）， 以及一切險（All Risks）。
保險人（Insurer）為了放寬原有險別的責(zé)任范圍，使投保人（Applicant）或說被保險人（Insured）獲得較多的保障，允許其在投保了某種基本險別后加保一些附加險別，當(dāng)然在加保時需要增加一定的保險費。
附加險（Extraneous Risks）有一般附加險和特殊附加險（Special Additional Risks）之分。
目前，我國辦理的一般附加險有11種，均為包括risk這個詞構(gòu)成的詞組：偷竊、提貨不著險T.P.N.D. （Theft， Pilferage & Non-Delivery Risks）， 淡水雨淋險（Fresh and/or Rain Water Damage Risks）， 短量險（Shortage Risk 或Risk of Shortage），混雜、沾污險（Intermixture & Contamination Risks），滲漏險（Leakage Risk 或Risk of Leakage），碰損、破碎險（Clash & Breakage Risks），串味險（Taint of Odour Risk），受潮受熱險（Sweating and/or Heating Damage Risks），銹損險（Risk of Rusting），鉤損險（Hook Damage Risk），包裝破裂險（Breakage of packing Damage Risk）。
目前我國開辦的特殊附加險（Special Additional Risks）有：戰(zhàn)爭險（War Risks），罷工險（Strikes， Riots and Civil Commotions），倉面險（On Deck Risk），進口關(guān)稅險（Import Duty），拒收險（Rejection），黃曲霉素險（Aflatoxion），交貨不到險（Failure to Delivery），出口貨物到香港（包括九龍在內(nèi)）或澳門存?zhèn)}火險責(zé)任擴展條款（Fire Risk Extension Clause for Storage of Cargo at destination Hong Kong including Kowloon， or Macao）等。
注意，在外貿(mào)函電中說到各個險別時，除all risks和war risk以外，risk （s） 這個詞一般省略不寫。如：The goods are to be insured against leakage. 此貨需要保滲漏險。
2. 有關(guān)海洋運輸險（Marine Insurance）保險的基本詞匯與基本句型
（1）insurance
insurance作為“投?！苯鈺r，可以作名詞用，也可以作動詞用。做名詞用時，與其連用的動詞有arrange， cover， effect， provide， take out等。
說明保險情況時：表示所保的貨物，后接on； 表示投保的險別，后接against； 表示保險金額，后接 for； 表示保險費或保險費率，后接at.。比如：We have covered insurance on the 100 metric tons of wool for 100% of the invoice value against all risks.我們已經(jīng)將100公噸羊毛按發(fā)票金額的100%投保一切險。
Insurance 作動詞用時，一般是及物動詞，如：Please insure the goods against all risks and war risk.請將此貨投保一切險及戰(zhàn)爭險。 Insurance也可以用作不及物動詞，如：Please insure against breakage.請投保破碎險。

A. 按CIF條件成交，投保基本險：
