As part of its 20th anniversary celebration, a range of initiatives has been launched to better serve IELTS candidates. In response to ever-increasing demand, the British Council and the National Education Examinations Authority under the Ministry of Education have set up a new IELTS test centre at Shijiazhuang Information Engineering Vocational College in Shijiazhuang. The new test centre is now open for online registration, and the first test will be held on 7th Nov.2009
