一、跟單信用證的基本概念
1．課本：A letter of credit is one of the international payment methods．In China，payment of international transactions is often effected by using Letters of Credit．In order to provide uniform rules for the traders to follow，the International Chamber of Commerce （abbreviated to ICC）set up Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits，which has been revised several times．The latest edition is called UCP 600 （Uniform Customs and Practice， ICC Publication N0.600，2007 revision）．
