全職實習-HR Assistant Intern (recruitment)職位描述:
Responsibilities:
1. Follow up with recruitment process, coordinate the interview arrangement with line manager;
2. Perform candidate resumes screening, collecting and phone interviewing;
3. Prepare job posting internally and externally;
4. Follow the HR working procedure, optimize and implement offering and hiring procedure and to make it compliance with company policy and related regulations;
5. Cooperate with colleagues of other functions within HR department, share information and resources, work together to complete and assistant to some HR projects.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in human resources, organizational management, or Psychology is preferred;
2. Relevant HR internship in recruitment function is a must, excellent 2012 fresh graduate with high potential is welcomed;
3. Open-minded, smart, quick learning;
4. Service-minded, passionate and self motivated;
5. Able to work under high pressure;
6. Excellent communication skills and PC Microsoft Office skills.
