共組不是一直都很緊張嗎？為什么現(xiàn)在才提出要求。
由于蕭條期之后進(jìn)行了人員裁減，每個(gè)員工的工作量就更大了。所以事實(shí)上他們比過去的壓力更大。我只是知道這是否就是給大家加薪的正當(dāng)理由。
我想公會(huì)也這么認(rèn)為。
