Campus Recruit (Trainee Program)
BMW China launched the Trainee Program in the beginning of 2010. We have recruited 23 fresh graduates who have been already in their training process. After a tailored 15-month training and job rotation program, they will work as professionals in 3 different functions including Engineering Office, Aftersales and International Purchasing Office.
