The main missions of the role are to:

Monitor all the centralized servers (Windows, Unix, AS400, MVS) and the relatives applications.
集中監(jiān)控佛吉亞所有的主要服務器和相關的應用。
Ensure correct functioning of servers and applications and if necessary correct and report each dysfunction.
確保服務器和應用程序正常運行，并且修復和報告每一問題。
Monitor and correct dysfunctioning of all backup systems for all servers located in the different Data centres.
監(jiān)控和修復所有運作在不同的數(shù)據(jù)中心的服務器的備份系統(tǒng)。
Update dashboard regarding alerts, ...
更新有關警報的報告...
Ensure the communication with global helpdesk and within Operations team (Europe, Africa, …)
確保能夠與全球各地的Helpdesk及在運營支持團隊內保持有效溝通
Manage incident and provide a good quality of service according to the critically of the applications
管理突發(fā)事件，并且根據(jù)應用的重要性及緊急程度提供優(yōu)質的服務
Profile
簡介
Expertise or specific knowledge on:
專業(yè)或特定的技能：
- Windows Server Operating Systems (mandatory)
- Windows Server操作系統(tǒng)（必須）
- Network infrastructure (desirable)
- 網(wǎng)絡基礎設施相關技能（優(yōu)先考慮）
- AIX or/and Linux systems (mandatory)
- AIX或/和Linux系統(tǒng)（必須）
Master Degree or Engineer Diploma in Information technology or vocational experience of the same value
信息技術專業(yè)的本科或碩士學位，或擁有同等職業(yè)經(jīng)驗
Good level of English speaking and writing
良好的英語口語和寫作水平
Ability to communicate and work together with international teams
能夠與國際團隊進行良好溝通和合作
General IT-knowledge, Operation/supervision oriented
廣泛的IT知識，以運營為導向
This position reports directly to IT Operations Manager in Europe (dot line) and IT Project Manager in Asia (Solid line)
