- Strong technical skills in Java/Web application and programming skills
- Strong problem analysis and resolving capability
- MS Degree or above in Computer Science or related fields.
- Good communication skills
Other Requirements:
- Working at IBM office at least 4-5 days per week immediately until end of 2012
