    Responsibility:
    · Issuing contract upon order confirmation;
    · Approve letter of credit applications from the customers;
    · Monitor order fulfillment and shipping schedule;
    · Shipping document management;
    · Responding to customer queries.
    Period:
    · At least 3 days/week for 6 months is a must, can work full-time (half-day is also ok) will be a plus;
    · Priority in oncoming Campus Recruit based on performance.
    Knowledge and Experience:
    · Prior work experience in customer service or ocean shipping, or import business sectors;
    · Major in International Trade will be a plus;
    · Good English skills, written and verbal.
