    l Machine Learning field
    n Master or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or S
    tatistics, with a concentration in probabilistic modeling or machine learning;
    n Familiarity with programming languages, natural language understanding, cyb
    er security, databases, or graph theory will be considered a plus.
    n Strong understanding of machine learning and its application to real proble
    ms.
    n Proficiency in C or Java. Scala proficiency will be considered a plus.
    n Modeling and writing samples may be requested.
    l Data visualization field
    n Major in computer science, math, statistics, electrical engineering, system
    s engineering, industrial engineering, or arts related fields
    n must be creative and forward thinking
    n Able to visualize complex data using effective graphics to “tell the story
    ”
    n High-level of knowledge of new media design techniques
    n Able to code using JavaScript, XHTML and CSS
