Requirements: -Masters Degree in English, major in Linguistics or Literature is a plus -could work at least 6 months(4 days a week) -Good at both Chinese and English communication -Sound knowledge of current trends in language instruction -Experience in English training is preferred -Good team player and strong adaptability -Enthusiastic in training and assistance job
Responsibilities: -To assist in all English training scheduling tasks. -To help develop a better system of organization for all class materials. -Schedule periodic writing assignments for the trainees. Assist the Trainer in checking them for grammatical errors. -Help to compile vocabulary lists for the trainees to memorize based on the curriculum materials compared with what is taught in Chinese school. -Help the Trainer to develop interesting table topics based on a survey of the trainees what are interested in. -Help the Trainer improve classes by surveying the trainees and by observing classes from time to time and offering a perspective from a Chinese point of view. -To keep track of all records and data involved in the classes.
