OA Intern職位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.prepare payment request and supportive documents to finance in order to arrange payment to
vendors 準備給供應商的付款申請以及相關(guān)的支持文件，給財務付款。
2.assist order admin staff to keep the record and track the imported warranty parts 協(xié)助訂單管理的
同時記錄和跟進進口產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量問題補貨。
3.sort the documents related to sales/purchase orders into file. 將與采購訂單和銷售訂單相關(guān)的文件
整理歸檔。
4.handle the incoming/outgoing samples and mails 協(xié)助處理進出的樣品和信件。
5.other supportive jobs to order admin team 其他支持性的工作
Basic requirements: 1. Proficient in English reading and writing. 有良好的英語讀寫能力。 2. University students, major in English or international trade is preferred. 大學本科在讀學生，英語或 國際貿(mào)易專業(yè)優(yōu)先。 3. well-organized, patient, attentive to details 有條理，有耐心，認真細致，注重細節(jié)。
