- Bachelor degree and above in engineering;

6. (校園招聘)Document Controller/Admin 文案控制/助理
Essential Duties:
1. EPC project document control related activities, fully control all disciplines design documents, subcontractor and vendor submittals to ensure that the correct and current revision is used.
2. Monitor and report on various design change documents.
3. Upload batches of docs / dwgs to Electrical Document Management System (EDMS) by using InfoWorks, upload / download docs / dwgs to / from eRoom timely to our partners / engineers
4. Supporting all functional groups with their documentation needs and providing guidance on controls required.
5. Assist management with routine work such as meeting arrangement, paperwork and executive work.
6. Office admin activities
Job Related Qualifications:
1. College or higher degree
2. Good skill in English in listening comprehension, speaking and writing; able to communicate effectively with customers, CET-6 will be priority.
3. Good communication and organization skill
4. Good PC skill working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
