Title: Sales & Marketing Assistant Intern
Location: Caohejing Hi-Tech Park (shuttle bus provided)
Responsibilities:
- Collect & consolidate related marketing data/reports/survey
- Assist in sample management
- Receive and follow up new customer enquiry
- Meeting room booking & set up
- Collect information and tracking open issues with team
- Collect & integrate material for teams newsletter
- Coordinate team building activities
- Coordinate T&E claims - Other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors Degree, major in Engineering
2. Good written & spoken English
3. Willing to learn, proactive and good communication skill
4. Can work for at least 3 days/week and last for 3+ months preferred
5. Computer skill: skilled in MS office/outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
