巴塞利亞藥業(yè)(中國)有限公司成立于2002年5月，是瑞士巴塞利亞藥業(yè)公司投資的全資子公司，是一家以藥物化學(xué)合成和結(jié)構(gòu)分析鑒定為專長，從事國際一類新藥研發(fā)的專業(yè)型公司。公司業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域包括有機(jī)合成、結(jié)構(gòu)分析和鑒定、先導(dǎo)化合物的發(fā)現(xiàn)以及提供藥物臨床前研究和臨床開發(fā)所需化合物。

二、招聘職位
JOB TITLE: Group leader
Job Description:
1. Ability to effectively lead and manage the personnel for a group of 2~3 Chemists scientists to design scheme and synthesis lead compounds of drugs effectively;
2. Responsible for the scientific literature investigation, experimental skills and working ability training of the members;
3. Provides leadership in clarifying and resolving possible problems related to the synthesis of leading compounds.
4. Timely solve the problems and difficulties in the project by implementing the key steps to promote the smooth progress of the project.
5. Responsible for the safety management and environmental protection of the group of the personnel;
6. Ability to exchange views with foreign experts in headquarter on the project and report the progress of project on weekly interval;
Qualifications:
1. Mater degree or equivalent in medicinal chemistry, synthetic organic chemistry with 3 years’ experience in the field of drug discovery; or Ph D degree with 1 years’ experience;
2. In-depth theoretical and practical knowledge in organic chemistry or medicinal chemistry;
3. Strong background and experience in common spectroscopy (NMR, HPLC, MS, etc.) and modern analytical techniques required;
4. Rich experience in organic synthesis laboratory operation;
5. Highly motivated, pleasant personality to work efficiently as part of a team. Excellent communication and organizational skills;
6. Good English expression ability, Good oral English and written communication, and good interpersonal communication skills;
JOB TITLE: Senior Group member
Job Description:
1. Design scheme, synthesis, purify, and characterize intermediates and final compounds for testing against biological targets according to the project progress;
2. Synthesize, purify and characterize intermediates and final compounds for testing against biological targets;
3. Analyze spectroscopic data to ensure the identity and integrity of synthesized molecules;
4. Responsible for scientific literature and database investigation for reaction conditions and to become aware of the current research finding in the research focus;
5. Maintain accurate documentation of experiments and research results;
6. Communicate with foreign experts in headquarter on the project and report the progress of project on weekly interval;
Qualifications:
1. Mater degree or Ph D degree in medicinal chemistry, synthetic organic chemistry, or relevant discipline; it is preferred with long steps organic synthesis of experience;
2. Good background and experience in purification technology, common spectroscopy (NMR, HPLC, MS) and modern analytical techniques required;
3. Strong synthetic organic chemistry skills, with the ability to independently plan and execute synthetic approaches to target molecules;
4. Have a good team spirit and professionalism; Highly motivated, pleasant personality to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment;
5. Excellent communication and organizational skills

JOB TITLE: Group member
Job Description:
1. Synthesize, purify, and characterize intermediates and final compounds for testing against biological targets according to the project progress;
2. Analyze spectroscopic data to ensure the identity and integrity of synthesized molecules;
3. Conduct literature and database searches for reaction conditions and to become aware of the current research finding in the research focus;
4. Maintain accurate documentation of experiments and research results;
5. Ability to conduct the organic synthesis experiment with standard operation to reach excellent safety record;
6. Resolving the difficulties during Implementation of the experiment and ability to propose synthetic scheme to supervisor and project team;
Qualifications:
1. Master degree or B.S. degree with two years’ work experience in Medicinal chemistry or synthetic organic chemistry;
2. With rich experience in organic synthesis and experimental skills in laboratory, be familiar with the operation of organic chemical reactions, solid professional knowledge, and strong practical ability;
3. Good background and experience in purification technology, common spectroscopy (NMR, HPLC, MS) and modern analytical techniques required;
4. CET-6, skilled in literature investigation and reading;
5. Highly motivated, pleasant personality to work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
6. Excellent communication and organizational skills;
