    職位描述:Description of the Company:

    Main Missions:
    1. Organize and expedite flow of work through IA APJ office. Initiate follow-up actions.
    2.Manage calendar , schedule appointments & travel for IA APJ Directors, coordinate arrangements for meetings.
    3.Prepare monthly report, meeting minutes, and some PowerPoint presentations.
    4.Handle various visa requirements from APJ IA office expatriates.
    5. Organize and maintain files and monthly management meeting for IA APJ office
    etc., following up on pending matters.
    6.Coordination work for VIP visit.
    7. Organize events for APJ region management team.
    Education:
    Bachelor Degree and above; Major in English or Administration
    Language skills:
    Good English skills – can communicate with foreigners of different countries by email, phone, or face-to-face.
    Proficiency in MS Office – excellent Power Point and Excel skills will be preferred
    Specific experience and knowledge:
    At least 2 years’ experience in secretary or administration.
    Essential Behavioral Competences:
    Good organizational and communication skills, good learning ability, dynamic, self-starter with team spirit. Honest, able to keep information confidential.

    職位描述:JOB PURPOSE:
    Within the framework of the company’s global business strategy, contribute to the achievement of the company’s objectives through the controlling, analysis and interpretation of trends requiring management’s attention, the preparation of management reports and procedures, and the development and maintenance of planning and budgeting system.
    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
    1. Controlling
    • Set up internal procedure and identify areas of continual improvement and key operational risks. Manage internal control of the local operation and ensure adherence to all internal control processes.
    • Analyses and interprets financial data to provide management information on cost allocation and comparison of results against budget, income and expenditure analysis
    • Control local expenditure, ensuring cost-efficiency at all times and particular focus on controllable expenses in line with the local business plans, Corporate practice and Policies
    • Oversee the recording and calculation of unit cost for products or services related to project. Produce costing accounting reports.
    • Consolidate and challenge monthly financial data from the sites and prepare draft monthly zone report. Ensure consistency of data between various applications.
    2. Reporting
    • Development and maintenance of planning and budgeting systems in line with Corporate and Regional guidelines, assure accurate and on-time management reporting to local management, regional and Corporate MARCO/HFM tools
    • Prepare Management P/L report, Performance report and Cost Accounting report for senior management.
    • Interact with the sites to analyze volumes, absorption , costs and productivity
    3. Governance
    • Follow up and approve, within delegations of authority and incompliance with Group procedures (AED, APV, Agreements)
    4. Support to the business
    • Support for financial analysis of projects and sourcing case
    • Support Asia-Pacific zone controller in all concerned activities, e.g. submissions, reporting, financial analysis, annual budgets and forecasts
    JOB HOLDER REQUIREMENTS:
    Education:
    University degree, ideally majoring in Financial Analysis, ACCA qualification will be preferred.
    Core Competencies/Skills:
    Communication, leadership, management, company value’s advocate, strong analytical and commercial acument skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint. Experience in Hyperion Management tool and SAP system would be an added advantage.
