Gymboree, founded in 1976 in the USA, is the global leader in early childhood development program. Based on its about 40 years of research and experiment in thefield, Gymboree helped families in 37 countries and regions to learn and enjoy early childhood development through music, art, and play. Everyday, over 300,000 families participate in early childhood development programs offered by Gymboree. More than 700 Gymboree centers covering the Americas Europe and Asia offer programs which systematically develop a 0-5 year-old child's potentials, guide young parents to study their child's growth, and understand the world of infants and children.
Gymboree landed in China in 2003 and so far we have established over 200 centers in China. Gymboree China will continue to expand its business in the coming 3 years, and have more families enjoy learning fun from Gymboree program.

主要職責(zé)：
Responsibilities:
- 全英文授課
Teaching & facilitating classes in English；
- 認(rèn)真研讀教案，備課，授課，確保課程質(zhì)量
Making high quality Lesson plans preparation in English；
- 做好咨詢、教學(xué)及服務(wù)工作
Providing good service to members；
- 與家長(zhǎng)做聯(lián)系，溝通小朋友的課堂表現(xiàn)及進(jìn)步程度
Keeping close with parents and following up children’s performance & progress；
- 觀察孩子的潛能，給予孩子適時(shí)的差異化協(xié)助
Maximizing children's development of their talents appropriate to their age；
- 根據(jù)中心實(shí)際情況完成與課程相關(guān)的外圍工作
Class environment set-up according to the lessons；.
- 根據(jù)需求參與活動(dòng)的執(zhí)行
Participating & cooperating activities；
- 主動(dòng)完成主管交辦各項(xiàng)工作，協(xié)助其他部門工作任務(wù)
Taking the initiative to finish all the work assigned by supervisor, and supporting other department tasks。
任職條件：
Qualifications:
- 學(xué)士學(xué)位以上學(xué)歷，優(yōu)先考慮兒童教育專業(yè)
Bachelor degree & above, give priority to the children's education；
- 優(yōu)秀的英語會(huì)話能力，專業(yè)英語8級(jí)以上者佳
Excellent command of English, TEM-8 is optimum；
- 具有兒童教學(xué)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有一定的活動(dòng)策劃能力者優(yōu)先
Children’s teaching experience, ability of activity planning is preferred；
- 形象好，氣質(zhì)優(yōu)
Good image & temperament；
- 性格開朗外向，樂觀，主動(dòng)，親和，幽默，富有激情
With outgoing, energetic, passionate, and cheerful；
- 具備良好的服務(wù)意識(shí)，善于溝通，強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任感，工作態(tài)度端正
With good service awareness, excellent communications skill, strong responsibility, and positive working attitude；
- 有創(chuàng)新意識(shí)，良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，出色的應(yīng)變能力
