崗位：數(shù)據(jù)分析專家（杭州）
負責從海量開發(fā)/服務/銷售過程產(chǎn)生的數(shù)據(jù)中分析用戶需求、軟硬件質量趨勢、提出改進
建議等。用大數(shù)據(jù)思維來提升阿里巴巴的管理水平。
1. 計算機（機器學習、人工智能等方向）、數(shù)學、統(tǒng)計或相關專業(yè)本科及以上學歷，3年
以上相關工作背景
2. 面對各種現(xiàn)實業(yè)務場景，能快速做出正確的判斷和選擇，建立的數(shù)學模型
3. 對各種機器學習算法有深入的理解，有推薦系統(tǒng)、廣告計算、用戶行為分析系統(tǒng)成功案
例者優(yōu)先考慮
4. 具備良好的編程基礎，精通Java/C /Python/R/Matlab任一語言
5. 有大數(shù)據(jù)并行處理經(jīng)驗，能使用Hadoop/Hive分析海量數(shù)據(jù)，熟悉MPI或者Spark者更佳
