Markets Operations Officer
(No. of Vacancy: 1; Location:Shanghai)
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
1.Processing of Global Markets Derivatives transactions in bank system, i.e. TREATS, Summit , Murex, DTP and HUB etc..
2.By checking source documents, perform telephone confirmation, preparing and sending confirmation letter, and arranging settlements, passing accounting entries if any, recording transactions in deal register, arranging filing accordingly.
3.By taking follow-up actions for exceptional cases in a timely manner.
4.Making sure all transactions to be fully in compliance with internal (GM FIM) & external (local regulations) requirement.
5.By performing deal booking reconciliation for derivative transactions as per GM FIM requirements. For any unmatched and mismatched items investigation need carrying out.
6.Performing an efficient operation of the section.
7.By reviewing offline remind reports and manual register at day beginning and make sure that proper actions have been or will be taken.
8.By monitoring and ensuring CNY settlement of ’ transactions with good value before CNY payment cut-off time in order to cater for local regulatory requirements.
9.By sorting vouchers as per FIM’s requirements and cancel those within the limit.
10.Any other issues related to Derivatives BAU
Job Requirements:
1.University degree or above.
2.Strong in priority setting and time management. Willing to work under pressure.
3.Good at MS office software (Excel) and other financial reporting system.
4.Highly responsible, quick-learning, self-motivated and highly efficient and with confidence on communication. Fluent verbal and written English.
5.Relevant working experience or accounting background is preferred.
Asst RRB CDT SHH SD HBCN

1.To check the documents of rural bank facility customers to ensure that they are acceptable and in order
2.To handle all system maintenance of rural bank facility transactions
3.To proactively monitor all outstanding issues
4.To handle internal customer enquiry related to documents & product features
5.To prepare various returns

1.To file the department related documents in a systematic order
2.To assist the executive to Business Recovery Plan and other paper works
3.To handle incoming and outgoing correspondences and the document transfer between RBWM and other departments, send out facsimiles and distribute incoming ones in order.
4.To attend to the incoming telephone calls to customers’ satisfaction
5.To prepare the buy-smart order for RBWM, take charge of what received and deliver to related person.
6.To handle ITT for counter
7.To prepare daily and monthly reports for supervisor’s checking, and forward to FCD, AOC or SAFE
8.To have a strong sales sense and skills to cross-sell and proactively refer potential customers to Customer Relationship Officer or Manager to support sales and promotion strategies.
