In this role, you will: • To file the department related documents in a systematic order • To assist the executive to update Business Recovery Plan and other paper works • To handle incoming and outgoing correspondences and the document transfer between RBWM and other departments, send out facsimiles and distribute incoming ones in order. • To attend to the incoming telephone calls to customers’ satisfaction • To prepare the buy-smart order for RBWM, take charge of what received and deliver to related person. • To handle ITT for counter • To prepare daily and monthly reports for supervisor’s checking, and forward to FCD, AOC or SAFE • To have a strong sales sense and skills to cross-sell and proactively refer potential customers to Customer Relationship Officer or Manager to support sales and promotion strategies. • To be able to sell independently promoted products to valuable customers under specific.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements: • Bachelor degree holder (recognized by the state) • General understanding of BKG Operations and retail products. • Understanding of local rules and regulations. • Good communication skills with internal/external customers • Self disciplined, motivated and well-organized; • Acceptable verbal and writing English.
