Selective Executive Search is a professional boutique firm that specialize on recruitment for the Luxury Hospitality industry in Greater China and APAC region. Our in-depth knowledge of the luxury hospitality industry helps us to become the leader in the market. We are the long term strategic partner with most of the biggest International luxury hotel management companies (Such as Hilton, Marriott, Shangri-la, Mandarin Oriental etc) in the world.
We are headquartered in Hong Kong but are aggressively investing in our new Shanghai Office and are therefore looking for energetic, service minded, hard working and detail oriented individuals to join and help us grow our Shanghai team. This will be a great opportunity for a newly graduate or someone with limited working experience. You will be able to quickly improve your professional communication skills and people handling skills and become part of an integrated team with high values and great company culture.
We are looking for candidates who possess the below qualities:
Previous Recruitment or hospitality Experience is not essential but will be highly regarded.
1. Good Oral & Written English is a must..
2. Persistent and hardworking
3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
