執(zhí)行飛機檢驗工作，保證飛機維修工作達到可接受標準，并確保飛機在執(zhí)行完工作后放行時，處于適航狀態(tài)
Physically inspects aircraft, aircraft components, and reviews related paperwork to ensure that workmanship meets acceptable standards of quality, and that customer aircraft are returned to service in an airworthy condition with all required documentation properly completed and filed.
負責所有的質量檢驗工作。
Responsible for all quality control inspections on aircraft in the Repair Station.
完成重大修理改裝的檢驗，并使其滿足規(guī)章要求。
Completes inspections of aircraft repairs and alterations to ensure conformity to CAAC approved/acceptable data.
工作執(zhí)行期間，協(xié)調檢驗工作的合理安排和實施。
Coordinates mechanical, electrical and inspection requirements on the aircraft during maintenance or outfitting.
飛機放行前檢查所有維護文件。
Conducts audits of maintenance documentation for accuracy and completion on all aircraft prior to approval for return to service.
放行飛機并確保飛機在投入運行前已達到適航標準。
RTS and Ensures aircraft is airworthy prior to any flight activities.
執(zhí)行其它安排的工作。
Performs other duties as required.

檢查并確認計劃執(zhí)行的AD及SB的適用性
Accomplish research of Aircraft Log Books and or computer maintenance programs to identify ongoing inspection programs, status of aircraft within those programs, Airworthiness Directive status, and Service Bulletin status.
持續(xù)監(jiān)控確保維修站的整體工作滿足CCAR145部和公司質量手冊的要求。
Continually monitor repair station compliance with CCAR145 and the accepted site Repair Station and Quality Control Manual.
協(xié)助培訓新任檢驗員
Assist leads and supervisors in training of Airworthiness Inspectors.
參與并指導排故和操作測試工作。
Works with and instructs subordinate mechanics/technicians in troubleshooting and operational/functional procedures.
簽署批準返還使用證明
Signs CAAC Statement of conformity on projects completed on his/her aircraft.
對于經驗缺乏的檢驗員提供崗位實習的培訓
Provide training to less experienced Airworthiness Inspectors. Promote high standards of quality through instruction and by setting the example.
執(zhí)行安全監(jiān)督檢查
Perform Safety Monitor on the whole repair station maintenance system.
工作技能，知識和能力要求：
Operating Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
熟悉中國民航規(guī)章及各類適航類表格
Proficient in the utilization of CCAR, CCAR forms and documents. HS/GED.
熟練地查詢和閱讀各類飛機維護手冊
Proficient in blueprint reading, use/interpretation of maintenance manuals, test specs and other related documentation.
熟練的電腦操作能力
Strong computer skills.
教育背景和培訓要求：
Education & Training Requirements:
CCAR66 License required.
持有CCAR66部維修人員執(zhí)照
工作經驗要求：
Experience Requirements:
至少八年以上的飛機維護經驗；其中三年以上的檢驗員工作經驗
8 years maintenance experience on large or mid-size aircraft.include more than 3 years experience as an inspector
外語水平要求：

能讀寫英文資料。
