Marketing Management Trainee
    

Job Requirements:
    

1. Business Support to BU Head
    

- Provide administrative support to Director in terms of office management and external communications
    

-Provide logistic support for both internal and external meetings for the Director upon request
    

-Manage the calendar for the Director and take a role as reminder
    

-Provide assistance to any projects that require the involvement of the Director
    

-Provide general support to the Director to ensure department efficiency
    

-Settle the Director related logistic and administrative arrangement
    

-Keep an order filing for Director so that all key documentations are well kept and easily identified
    

-Planning and scheduling all travel logistics for the Director
    

2.Departmental Supporting
    

-Coordinate with project managers for Report Development, Project Management, support for Event projects as follows
    

-Research for Financial seminars in Beijing and Shanghai from now on
    

-Prepare the Eng&Cn Sponsorship materials for Annual Forum
    

-Do supporting research on the Event Team to check for competitor’splans, market needs and demands and feasibility of business idea
    

-Conferences & Events Ad preparation for the E-Magazine
    

-Get contact numbers for potential sponsor list
    

-Arrange internal and external meeting logistics & meeting planning
    

-Be familiar with and effectively implement company operation policies and procedures
    

-To provide internal support to different functions to ensure smooth operation within the division and cross function
    

-To provide update divisional contacts and relevant information
    

Responsibilities:
    

1. Fresh graduates with Bachelor degree or above, major in Marketing & Sales / Advertising & Communication/English is a plus.

Sales Management Trainee
    

Job Requirements:
    

1. Responsible for developing potential business chance and selling HBS Financial localization solutions in China.
    

2. Sales engagement will be at senior executive level-typically CFO, Finance VP and Director level as well as conducting due diligence with middle management in Finance roles.
    

3. Follow up potential customers; coordinate internal and external resources, dominant business negotiation process.
    

4. Work closely with other team like Customer Services, Technology, Marketing, and Implementation to maximize HBS value proposition to clients.
    

5. To collect potential clients information through various pipelines, such as CRM database, SNS website and marketing activities.
