　　As a leading ATE company in the world, Advantest Group dedicates to build up superior engineering team in the industry for long term business success. Through years' of operation, we have realized the benefit to both of the fresh graduates and us of developing the young talents as excellent testing engineers and software engineers through a systematic training program. We provide comprehensive curriculum, on-job-training and oversea assignment to the graduates and put them in the fast track for career development. We call this special initiative as "Academy Program".
    

　　Since the program was launched in 2005, more than 140 outstanding talents from various universities across China have been trained in the program and graduated from it. Most of them have started their promising careers in Advantest as Application Development Engineers, System Engineers, Software Engineers and others, to support our SOC (System on Chip) and Memory test systems. More than that, in recent years, Academy Program has become a global training system and attracted trainees from Advantest subsidiaries in other countries.
