JOB SUMMARY：
• Responsible for Failure analysis testing as per customer requirements
• Prepare proper planning of all failure cases according to customer requirements and lab capacity, execute the plan and flow-up the plan
• Ameliorate quality management in the lab
• Communicating and coordinating with the customer for critical requirements.
• Ensure that equipment are periodically calibrated.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Include but not limited)
• Understand the needs of customers and propose an efficient protocol of failure analysis
• Good analysis/interpretation skills of testing results
• Communicate and align with customers
• Assist Manager, Global Metallurgy & Chemistry Laboratory - Shanghai to prepare, execute and follow-up the case planning in the failure analysis Lab
• Maintain and ameliorate quality management in the Lab
MAJOR JOB CHALLENGES：
• Customers handling “work under pressure sometimes”
• Case planning, execution and follow-up the failure analysis Lab
• Providing services to internal customers with high quality and low lead-time
LEVEL OF AUTHORITY：
• To prepare and provide technical recommendations to customer and SKF staff.
• Is empowered to act within the scope and parameters of approved policies and procedures. Beyond that, discussion with supervisor is needed.
Job Requirement：
• Experience in Bearing Failure analysis
• Good knowledge in properties and microstructure of brass and cast iron
• Highly responsible and open-minded
• Good coordination, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Experience in working in metallurgy lab environment
• Experience in steel / steel products inspection
• Experience in brass/cast iron inspection
• Experience in failure analysis of industrial components
• Experience in case planning
• Experience in quality management

2.Collect information on AMS market, competitors and customer.
3.The AMS BD will share some customer phone number list and teach intern how to search the other contacts.
4.After be trained, Intern need to Select high quality customers through telephone call, and provide information support to sales team.
4.Good communication skills with customers on telephone calls
5.Self-initiative, glad to take challenges，make the telephone calls enthusiastically.
