2.Welcome to …是“歡迎您到……”的意思。
3.稱呼：
a) 對個人的稱呼，如果不知道對方的姓，可以用下列稱呼：sir (先生) ;madam(夫人);miss(小姐)。Madam 既可用于已婚婦女，亦可用于未婚女子。
b) 當有數(shù)位女賓時應(yīng)稱呼ladies, 不可稱madams.當有數(shù)位男賓時應(yīng)稱呼gentlemen,不可稱sirs.
c) 對小孩的稱呼：Young man (年輕人); young gentleman(年輕先生); young lady(年輕女士)
d) 對于了解姓氏的客人應(yīng)稱呼其姓氏。Mr.先生，用在男子之姓(或姓名)之前。Mrs. .夫人，太太，用在已婚女子之姓(或姓名)之前。Mr., Mrs., Miss., Ms 均不能用在名字(first name)之前。
4. This is our manager .This is ……“這是……“是在介紹人們相互認識時通常用的句型。作自我介紹時，常說：May I introduce myself ?I’m …介紹時應(yīng)遵循的禮節(jié)是：
a) 將男子介紹給女子;
b) 同性別時，將年齡輕的介紹給年齡較大的，將一般的人介紹給重要的人;
c) 將未婚女子介紹給已婚女子;
d) 將兒童介紹給成年人;
e) 將已方人員介紹給客方人員。
5.和客人初次見面，問候可說：How do you do ? 對從前來過的賓客，要說How are you today/this morning?
6. I hope you enjoyed your stay. 這是服務(wù)人員與客人話別時常用的客套話。由于客人已退房，stay已終止，故要用過去式?？腿顺醯綍r應(yīng)說I hope you will enjoy your stay.客人已經(jīng)住了一段時間，仍要繼續(xù)住店，可說：I hope you are enjoying your stay.
7. Would you like to …? 征求客從意見時所用的一種禮貌句型。
