上海市世界外國(guó)語(yǔ)小學(xué)是一所民辦學(xué)校，于1993年秋開(kāi)辦。2007年12月17日經(jīng)國(guó)際文憑組織(IBO)驗(yàn)收，被認(rèn)證為IBO PYP學(xué)?！，F(xiàn)學(xué)校擁有境內(nèi)、境外、PYP三個(gè)部。學(xué)校擁有規(guī)范的教學(xué)大樓，先進(jìn)的教學(xué)設(shè)施，熟悉學(xué)校管理的校長(zhǎng)和一支教育教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的中外師資隊(duì)伍。境外部融中西方教育長(zhǎng)處于一體，注重基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)學(xué)習(xí)和綜合能力開(kāi)發(fā)，使學(xué)生既具備和國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)生競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的實(shí)力，又具備和國(guó)外學(xué)生媲美的能力。PYP部以跨學(xué)科課程為主并合理使用本土教材，為培養(yǎng)有國(guó)際情懷、有質(zhì)疑能力和創(chuàng)新思維的終身學(xué)習(xí)者打下扎實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。
    

一、招生名額
    

2016年秋季招收境外4個(gè)班，PYP 3個(gè)班。
    

二、招生對(duì)象
    

1.凡2009年9月1日至2010年8月31日出生，身心健康；
    

2.符合小學(xué)入學(xué)條件的港澳臺(tái)，華僑、華人子女以及外國(guó)人。
    

三、報(bào)名辦法與時(shí)間
    

1．報(bào)名境外班、PYP的家長(zhǎng)請(qǐng)于11月19日(星期四)--11月20日(星期五)（上午9：00--下午3：00）來(lái)校了解學(xué)校辦學(xué)理念、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)和課程設(shè)置，并可領(lǐng)取《上海市世界外國(guó)語(yǔ)小學(xué)境外、PYP一年級(jí)預(yù)約登記表》（不需帶兒童）。11月19日上午9:00—11:00學(xué)校設(shè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)咨詢。
    

2．報(bào)名境外班、PYP的家長(zhǎng)請(qǐng)于11月28日(周六)帶兒童根據(jù)登記表上的預(yù)約時(shí)間來(lái)校交預(yù)約登記表。交表時(shí)須帶與報(bào)名兒童身份相匹配的報(bào)名相關(guān)材料的原件及復(fù)印件（所需材料詳見(jiàn)附表，復(fù)印件不再退回）。附表：
    

3．學(xué)校于12月14日前發(fā)出預(yù)錄取通知，報(bào)名兒童四月份須取得由在讀幼兒園出具的《上海市小學(xué)入學(xué)信息登記表》且表中的入學(xué)意愿顯示為徐匯區(qū)（未入園的兒童，可撥打電話54361242 工作日上午8:30——11:00 咨詢楊老師）并在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)登錄上海市義務(wù)教育入學(xué)報(bào)名系統(tǒng)完成民辦小學(xué)報(bào)名，預(yù)錄取者將按市教委相關(guān)規(guī)定辦理錄取手續(xù)；未錄取者不再另行通知。
    

四、獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金制度
    

學(xué)校自1994年1月起，建立WFL獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金制度，每學(xué)期發(fā)放，以獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)優(yōu)秀學(xué)生，獲獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金的學(xué)生數(shù)約占學(xué)生總?cè)藬?shù)15--20%。
    

五、收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
    

2015學(xué)年境外學(xué)生每學(xué)期學(xué)費(fèi)為人民幣35000元，PYP學(xué)生每學(xué)期學(xué)費(fèi)為人民幣50000元。2016年學(xué)費(fèi)按物價(jià)局核準(zhǔn)價(jià)為準(zhǔn)。
    

六、招生紀(jì)律
    

1．學(xué)校成立招生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組，集體討論，擇優(yōu)錄取。
    

2．招生人員拒收禮品，務(wù)必廉潔奉公、公平公正。
    

3．招生工作接受上級(jí)教育部門監(jiān)管，群眾監(jiān)督。

(International Department and PYP Department)
    

Shanghai World Foreign Language Primary School，was originally set up in 1993. It currently consists of three separate departments: the Local Department, the International Department, and the PYP Department (International Baccalaureate Organization Primary Years Programme). The PYP Department has been authorized to teach the Primary Years Programme by the IBO (International Baccalaureate Organization) since December 17^th, 2007. WFLPS has excellent teaching facilities. It has a reputation for its experienced teaching staff who provide quality teaching. The International Department has a Chinese and Western Integrated system. It focuses on not only the basic knowledge but also on developing comprehensive skills. Graduates will have the ability to compete with both Chinese and foreign students. The IB Primary Years Programme uses a trans-disciplinary curriculum as a base, supplemented with local materials. PYP focuses on the development of the whole child as an inquirer, both in the classroom and in the world outside. PYP prepares students to be active participants in a lifelong journey of learning.

2. School Prerequisites
    

Students must be born between September 1^st 2009, and August 31^st 2010, have good health and an overseas passport.
    

3. Date and Time
    

1) Parents applying to enter the International Department or the PYP Department are invited to come to school between November 19^th (Thursday) ~ 20^th(Friday) from 9:00am to 3:00pm.The School Mission, Learner Profiles, and Curriculum will be presented. Registration forms for new year one studentscan be collected then.(No children are expected on these days.) Parents will be able to ask questionsonNovember 19^thfrom 9:00 am to 11:00am.
    

2) The Registration Form is to be returned on November 28th (Saturday) according to the booked time on the form. Please bring your child with a photocopy of his/her passport and relevant materials, and a photo. (These will not be returned, the required materials are as the following table)
    

3) Parents of successful candidates will be contacted before December 14^th2015. Normal Shanghai Education Bureau Procedures will occur. If your child is not accepted into W.F.L you will not be contacted. Candidates need to get a form called “Information Form for Shanghai Primary Schools’ Enrollment”, on this form you must mark Xuhui District. (If you children are not studying in kindergarten, please call Ms Yang at 54361242 on weekdays from 8:30 to11:00). All the students need to finish the registration through the on-line enrollment system of Shanghai Primary Education.
    

4. Scholarship
    

WFL has had a scholarship system in place from January 1994. This is awarded to students once a semester to reward effort and application. The scholarship winners account for 15-20% of the students.
    

5. Tuition for 2015 academic year is as follows : (for reference)
    

International Department RMB 35000 per semester
    

PYP Department RMB 50000 per semester
    

The final tuition of 2016 academic year is yet to be decided by the Price Bureau.
    

6. Enrolment Procedures
    

1) The school will set up a lead group to discuss and choose suitable students.
    

2) Presents will be refused to ensure fairness and justice.
    

3) The enrolment is supervised by the Education authorities and the public.
