我按照媽媽的說(shuō)的步驟去做。首先，我把煮好的米飯放到冰箱里冰幾個(gè)小時(shí)，你們知道我為什么要這樣做么？因?yàn)檫@樣炒出來(lái)就不會(huì)你粘我，我粘你了。然后我把我最喜歡吃的火腿腸切成一個(gè)一個(gè)的小肉粒，拉腸也是這樣切，然后在把二個(gè)雞蛋打在一個(gè)小碗里接著攪一攪，最后把蔥切成小小的，這時(shí)侯就可以下鍋了，先把鍋加熱，往鍋里放花生油。“噼噼啪啪”的響聲讓我下了一跳我問(wèn)媽媽為什么會(huì)這樣呢？媽媽說(shuō)“這是因?yàn)殄伬锩嬗兴浀南乱淮螞](méi)水才放油。”接著，把飯倒進(jìn)去，在里面翻炒幾下，如果看飯粒都想跳出來(lái)的時(shí)侯這樣就可以把雞蛋倒進(jìn)去了，炒幾下，最后加上蔥、醬油和鹽就大功告成了。
我迫不及待的吃了一口，味道棒極了，我一定會(huì)繼續(xù)做蛋炒飯的！
