一只癟輪胎
Miss Williams is driving her car to school.
威廉姆斯正駕著自己的車去學(xué)校。
Suddenly,she stops."That’s funny,"she says.
她突然停了下來.這就怪了,"她說。
She gets out of her car."Oh dear!"she says.
她下了車"噢,天哪!"她說。
"It’s twenty to nine.
"現(xiàn)在是八點(diǎn)四十分。
I can’t get to school on time this morning!"
今天上午我不能準(zhǔn)時(shí)到校了！
Then a car stops behind her.
那時(shí),一輛車在她后面停了下來。
It’s Mr Crisp!
是克里斯普先生！
"What’s the matter?"Mr Crisp asks.
"出什么事了?"克里斯普先生問。
"Look!"Miss Williams says."A flat tyre."
"看,"威廉姆斯小姐說"一只輪胎癟了。"
"It doesn’t matter."Mr Crisp says."Come in my car."
那沒關(guān)系克里斯普先生說上我的車吧。
