    （一）考試科目
    《資產(chǎn)評估基礎(chǔ)》《資產(chǎn)評估相關(guān)知識》《資產(chǎn)評估實務(wù)（一）》《資產(chǎn)評估實務(wù)（二）》共4科。
    （二）考試大綱
    《2021年資產(chǎn)評估師職業(yè)資格全國統(tǒng)一考試大綱》經(jīng)人力資源和社會保障部、財政部審定，由中評協(xié)發(fā)布。
