1、輔導員工作在大學生思想政治教育的第一線，對大學生的成長成才起著至關重要的作用，做好輔導員工作，關系到大學生思想政治教育能否進一步加強和改進，大學生能否健康成長。

3、指導學生黨支部和學生組織建設，使其一方面成為學生鍛煉的平臺，另一方面成為為學生服務的平臺。
4、心理健康教育，幫助經(jīng)濟困難學生完成學業(yè)，指導和服務畢業(yè)生就業(yè)。
如何做好黨組織建設

大家好!首先非常感謝各位領導、同事們給了我這次競聘項目四部副職的機會，憑借幾年來的工作經(jīng)驗和對建筑行業(yè)的熱愛以及對自己能力的自信，讓我信心滿滿的走上了競聘項目副職這個舞臺上，接受大家的考驗。無論競聘結果如何，我認為能夠參與競聘的整個過程，其本身就意義重大，并希望能通過這次的競聘鍛煉，使自己的工作能力和綜合素質(zhì)得到提高，我將十分珍惜這次提高自己、鍛煉自己的機會。
接下來，簡單介紹一下我個人的情況，以便大家對我有進一步的了解。

項目四部未來主要的任務是房屋建設和道路支路建設，主要的工作是從工程項目招投標后的開工建設一直到保修期結束，其中涉及到成本、進度、質(zhì)量、安全、合同、信息資料等管理與周邊關系及政府部門溝通協(xié)調(diào)等工作。在項目進行中，能否圓滿完成各部分工作任務，關鍵在于人員，而能否準時、優(yōu)質(zhì)的完成全部工作，關鍵在于項目團隊的領導者，作為項目部副職在工作中發(fā)揮承上啟下的作用，找準自己的位置，忠于職責，重在執(zhí)行，全力以赴。對項目進行計劃、組織和控制，為整個項目團隊提供決策，激勵團隊，完成任務。做一名好的項目負責人要有相當?shù)膮f(xié)調(diào)能力，執(zhí)行力更有責任心，要有一種吃苦耐勞和基本的專業(yè)知識。項目部副職是一份富于挑戰(zhàn)性的職業(yè)，我個人喜歡挑戰(zhàn)性的工作，因為年輕，有干勁，有沖勁，能吃苦耐勞，責任心強，所以我決定以堅定的意志，執(zhí)著的追求去挖掘人生的價值。相信這次競聘是我人生中一個重大的轉(zhuǎn)折。

第二、有明確的工作思路與措施
1.通過協(xié)調(diào)能力解決工程管理難題：
①單位內(nèi)部的協(xié)調(diào)。掌握公司內(nèi)部關聯(lián)部門的工作流程，通過與規(guī)劃技術部，工程經(jīng)營部，土地部等相關部門的協(xié)調(diào)，從而保證了從技術可行性到造價合理性及施工場地允許性等一系列問題的解決。
②其他相關單位的協(xié)調(diào)。因工程施工過程的特性，依據(jù)政府三號文件精神，需經(jīng)常與審計、財政、規(guī)建處、建設局等相關部門溝通、協(xié)調(diào)，和各相關單位的溝通使得更好的服務于工程建設，有效的保證工程施工過程造價增加的合法性及以后的決算的依據(jù)性。
③施工單位協(xié)調(diào)：參與工程建設的單位有地質(zhì)勘察單位、設計單位、監(jiān)理單位、總包單位、甲方分包單位、甲供材料供應單位、試驗檢測單位等好幾十家，涉及的合同也好幾十份，處理好甲方分包、甲供材料供應單位與總包單位的關系。同時還要處理好與施工單位的關系，除了監(jiān)管與被監(jiān)管的關系外，還有協(xié)作、配合的關系，可概括為監(jiān)、幫、促的關系。甲方代表除了依照工程合同、圖紙、規(guī)范對施工活動認真嚴格監(jiān)督管理之外，對其施工中的實際困難應盡其所能給予幫助解決;對施工技術上的問題要當好參謀，對于施工單位的合法利益應給予保護。
2.通過有效管理，推進項目又好、又快開展
①加強對監(jiān)理單位管理。 工程施工過程中應以監(jiān)理單位的管理為主，要求監(jiān)理單位應熟悉圖紙及現(xiàn)場情況，并為工程的質(zhì)量、進度、投資控制負責。同時嚴格要求總監(jiān)，要求總監(jiān)按照監(jiān)理合同、監(jiān)理規(guī)劃和實施細則執(zhí)行，配齊相關人員，組織好監(jiān)理例會的召開。
②加強施工單位管理。
(1)對施工管理，施工單位是在工作流程上、質(zhì)量控質(zhì)、進度控制上主要執(zhí)行者。因此加強對施工單位的管理一定程度上起到了質(zhì)量、進度流程等管理。特別是對項目經(jīng)理的管理，要求項目經(jīng)理按合同、規(guī)范及相關法律法規(guī)執(zhí)行，在施工過程中要求施工單位應對分包單位在技術、質(zhì)量、進度、協(xié)調(diào)進行管理。
第三、我有豐富的工作的經(jīng)驗，熟悉行業(yè)法規(guī)，能游刃有余的開展工作。
我從項目現(xiàn)場管理工作已有六年，在這六年里，我積累了豐富的經(jīng)驗，熟悉了行業(yè)法規(guī)，能夠游刃有余的開展工作。工作六年來，我精通了業(yè)務，具備了創(chuàng)新的能力并具有一定的組織管理能力。我掌握了項目部各項工作的管理流程。在工作中能夠做到兼顧大局，較為妥當?shù)奶幚砉ぷ髦械母鞣N問題。在各種情況下，都能夠完成領導交辦的各項工作任務。

一、創(chuàng)新工作方法，加強內(nèi)部管理，提高工作效率。作為一名副經(jīng)理，做好管理是其他工作的重要部分，如果管理工作搞不好不僅影響到本部門的工作效率，還直接影響到公司的整體形象。
二、加強合同管理和過程控制。在項目實施的全過程中，嚴格以施工合同為依據(jù)，對項目的造價、進度和質(zhì)量進行全面控制。具體，在施工階段，及時對已完工程的工程量進行審核，按合同簽付工程進度款;加強工程簽證的管理，減少合同外支出;加強竣工結算的審核工作，控制工程造價。按照經(jīng)審核批準的施工進度計劃，對施工進度進行監(jiān)督和檢查，及時采取措施糾正進度偏差，保證工程進度。抽查工序施工質(zhì)量，參與隱蔽工程驗收和分部分項工程驗收，組織竣工驗收，保證工程質(zhì)量。
三、加強成本控制。采用的基本工作原理是動態(tài)控制原理，在項目實施的各個階段，分析和審核投資計劃值，并將不同階段的投資計劃值和實際值進行動態(tài)跟蹤比較，當其發(fā)生偏差時，分析產(chǎn)生偏差的原因，提出糾偏的措施，使項目實施在確保項目質(zhì)量的前提下，充分考慮項目的經(jīng)濟性，使項目總投資控制在計劃總投資范圍以內(nèi)。房屋竣工后做竣工成本分析表，對工程概況相似的工程進行建造成本對比分析，吸取經(jīng)驗和教訓。
四、加強工程檔案管理。加強工程檔案的管理是一切工作能夠順利開展的前提，我將制定工程檔案管理制度，以每一棟為對象，按檔案性質(zhì)分門別類進行保存，編制目錄以方便查找。
五、加強項目部內(nèi)部的建章建制工作，學習其它部門先進的管理經(jīng)驗，使管理工作制度化、規(guī)范化。明確各管理人員的責任、權力和利益，以提高各管理人員的工作積極性和工作效率。
六、加強學習，不斷提高自身素質(zhì)。我深知，當今時代是一個學習的時代，創(chuàng)新的時代，超越的時代，一個不學習，或不善于學習的人終將被時代淘汰，所以只有在工作中不斷的提高自己，完善自己才能適應未來的挑戰(zhàn)。我將進一步加強學校，在工作中不斷向同事學習，不斷向?qū)嵺`學習，多方面提高自身素質(zhì)，以較高的綜合素質(zhì)迎接未來的挑戰(zhàn)。

首先，我衷心地感謝州局黨委和縣局領導為我們創(chuàng)造這樣一個公平、公正、公開的機會和舞臺，供大家展示才華。我希望能夠以參加競聘為契機，在競爭的環(huán)境中百尺竿頭更進一步，提升和重塑自我!
我叫，19xx年x月出生，四川xx人，中共黨員，大專畢業(yè)，現(xiàn)任縣局xx部主任。我于20xx年8月郵電技校第一期郵政綜合班畢業(yè)后，分配到xx縣郵電局參加工作以來，一直從事郵政工作，曾擔任過分揀封發(fā)員、替休員、質(zhì)檢員、匯檢員、鄉(xiāng)郵管理員。郵電分營后，于20xx年7月調(diào)入xx縣郵政局，擔任經(jīng)營服務部主任兼儲匯管理、農(nóng)村郵政檢查員;20xx年7月?lián)无k公室主任兼縣局出納、郵政賓館經(jīng)理。這期間，20xx年考入xx省郵電職工中專校郵政綜合管理班，脫產(chǎn)學習兩年半于20xx年畢業(yè);20xx年考入四川廣播電視大學郵政電大分部經(jīng)濟信息管理專業(yè)于20xx年畢業(yè)。20xx年7月調(diào)入xx縣郵政局，通過競聘上崗擔任縣局監(jiān)督檢查部主任，兼郵政檢查、儲匯稽查，負責黨群紀檢、精神文明建設等具體工作。

第一、熟悉郵政業(yè)務，了解國家法規(guī)和郵政規(guī)章，具有一定管理能力。這主要得益于，一是三次在校學習的機會，郵電技校、郵電職工中專校、郵政電大，通過在校系統(tǒng)的學習，掌握了比較扎實的郵政業(yè)務知識。二是參加工作以來，大半時間都在生產(chǎn)第一線，20xx年走上管理崗位后，在不同的崗位上，積累了一定的管理知識和經(jīng)驗。

三是要走在全局工作的前面，把所負責的工作按條塊梳理展開，以經(jīng)營工作為中心，根據(jù)企業(yè)的實際制定自己的工作計劃，對待工作要分工明確，做到責、權、利清晰。在實際工作當中既要當指揮員，為下屬想招數(shù)，出路子，在處理一些較重要的事務中又要當戰(zhàn)斗員，充分調(diào)動下屬的積極性和創(chuàng)造性，為全局各項工作的開展奠定堅實的基礎。
四是在領導的威嚴度和親和度上，找到與下屬交往的切入點，協(xié)調(diào)好內(nèi)外關系，以德服人、以才量人。增加工作的透明度，做工作有計劃、有落實，有檢查、有抽查。做到可越級檢查而不越級指揮，可越級匯報而不越級請示，形成政令暢通的良好局面。

今天把大家召集到一起，舉辦新進人員崗前培訓班，一方面，使大家了解一下我們醫(yī)院的概況、醫(yī)院文化以及有關規(guī)章制度;另一方面，對大家進行醫(yī)學知識和醫(yī)療服務的初步培訓。這既是一次難得的學習機會，也是大家相互認識和了解醫(yī)院的機會。你們的到來，使我們醫(yī)院這個大家庭又增添了新成員、補充了-新血液、帶來了新希望。我代表院黨委及全院干部職工對你們表示熱烈的歡迎和祝賀!
首先，向大家介紹醫(yī)院基本概況。**醫(yī)院始建于1946年，至今已走過了60余年的歷程，經(jīng)過幾代人的不懈探索追求，醫(yī)院從小到大，從弱到強，從一所簡易戰(zhàn)地醫(yī)院發(fā)展成為菏澤市規(guī)模最大的一所集醫(yī)療、教學、科研、預防、保健、急救和技術指導于一體的大型三級綜合性現(xiàn)代化醫(yī)院，是山東大學醫(yī)學院、泰山醫(yī)學院研究生培養(yǎng)基地，是濟寧醫(yī)學院、泰山醫(yī)學院、濱州醫(yī)學院、菏澤醫(yī)專、菏澤家政職業(yè)學院的臨床教學基地，擔負著**市八縣二區(qū)九百五十萬人民及鄰近省、市部分群眾的醫(yī)療保健任務。

第二、有明確的工作思路與措施
1.通過協(xié)調(diào)能力解決工程管理難題：
①單位內(nèi)部的協(xié)調(diào)。掌握公司內(nèi)部關聯(lián)部門的工作流程，通過與規(guī)劃技術部，工程經(jīng)營部，土地部等相關部門的協(xié)調(diào)，從而保證了從技術可行性到造價合理性及施工場地允許性等一系列問題的解決。
②其他相關單位的協(xié)調(diào)。因工程施工過程的特性，依據(jù)政府三號文件精神，需經(jīng)常與審計、財政、規(guī)建處、建設局等相關部門溝通、協(xié)調(diào)，和各相關單位的溝通使得更好的服務于工程建設，有效的保證工程施工過程造價增加的合法性及以后的決算的依據(jù)性。
③施工單位協(xié)調(diào)：參與工程建設的單位有地質(zhì)勘察單位、設計單位、監(jiān)理單位、總包單位、甲方分包單位、甲供材料供應單位、試驗檢測單位等好幾十家，涉及的合同也好幾十份，處理好甲方分包、甲供材料供應單位與總包單位的關系。同時還要處理好與施工單位的關系，除了監(jiān)管與被監(jiān)管的關系外，還有協(xié)作、配合的關系，可概括為監(jiān)、幫、促的關系。甲方代表除了依照工程合同、圖紙、規(guī)范對施工活動認真嚴格監(jiān)督管理之外，對其施工中的實際困難應盡其所能給予幫助解決;對施工技術上的問題要當好參謀，對于施工單位的合法利益應給予保護。
2.通過有效管理，推進項目又好、又快開展
①加強對監(jiān)理單位管理。 工程施工過程中應以監(jiān)理單位的管理為主，要求監(jiān)理單位應熟悉圖紙及現(xiàn)場情況，并為工程的質(zhì)量、進度、投資控制負責。同時嚴格要求總監(jiān)，要求總監(jiān)按照監(jiān)理合同、監(jiān)理規(guī)劃和實施細則執(zhí)行，配齊相關人員，組織好監(jiān)理例會的召開。
②加強施工單位管理。
(1)對施工管理，施工單位是在工作流程上、質(zhì)量控質(zhì)、進度控制上主要執(zhí)行者。因此加強對施工單位的管理一定程度上起到了質(zhì)量、進度流程等管理。特別是對項目經(jīng)理的管理，要求項目經(jīng)理按合同、規(guī)范及相關法律法規(guī)執(zhí)行，在施工過程中要求施工單位應對分包單位在技術、質(zhì)量、進度、協(xié)調(diào)進行管理。
第三、我有豐富的工作的經(jīng)驗，熟悉行業(yè)法規(guī)，能游刃有余的開展工作。
我從項目現(xiàn)場管理工作已有六年，在這六年里，我積累了豐富的經(jīng)驗，熟悉了行業(yè)法規(guī)，能夠游刃有余的開展工作。工作六年來，我精通了業(yè)務，具備了創(chuàng)新的能力并具有一定的組織管理能力。我掌握了項目部各項工作的管理流程。在工作中能夠做到兼顧大局，較為妥當?shù)奶幚砉ぷ髦械母鞣N問題。在各種情況下，都能夠完成領導交辦的各項工作任務。

二、加強合同管理和過程控制。在項目實施的全過程中，嚴格以施工合同為依據(jù)，對項目的造價、進度和質(zhì)量進行全面控制。具體，在施工階段，及時對已完工程的工程量進行審核，按合同簽付工程進度款;加強工程簽證的管理，減少合同外支出;加強竣工結算的審核工作，控制工程造價。按照經(jīng)審核批準的施工進度計劃，對施工進度進行監(jiān)督和檢查，及時采取措施糾正進度偏差，保證工程進度。抽查工序施工質(zhì)量，參與隱蔽工程驗收和分部分項工程驗收，組織竣工驗收，保證工程質(zhì)量。
三、加強成本控制。采用的基本工作原理是動態(tài)控制原理，在項目實施的各個階段，分析和審核投資計劃值，并將不同階段的投資計劃值和實際值進行動態(tài)跟蹤比較，當其發(fā)生偏差時，分析產(chǎn)生偏差的原因，提出糾偏的措施，使項目實施在確保項目質(zhì)量的前提下，充分考慮項目的經(jīng)濟性，使項目總投資控制在計劃總投資范圍以內(nèi)。房屋竣工后做竣工成本分析表，對工程概況相似的工程進行建造成本對比分析，吸取經(jīng)驗和教訓。
四、加強工程檔案管理。加強工程檔案的管理是一切工作能夠順利開展的前提，我將制定工程檔案管理制度，以每一棟為對象，按檔案性質(zhì)分門別類進行保存，編制目錄以方便查找。
五、加強項目部內(nèi)部的建章建制工作，學習其它部門先進的管理經(jīng)驗，使管理工作制度化、規(guī)范化。明確各管理人員的責任、權力和利益，以提高各管理人員的工作積極性和工作效率。
六、加強學習，不斷提高自身素質(zhì)。我深知，當今時代是一個學習的時代，創(chuàng)新的時代，超越的時代，一個不學習，或不善于學習的人終將被時代淘汰，所以只有在工作中不斷的提高自己，完善自己才能適應未來的挑戰(zhàn)。我將進一步加強學校，在工作中不斷向同事學習，不斷向?qū)嵺`學習，多方面提高自身素質(zhì)，以較高的綜合素質(zhì)迎接未來的挑戰(zhàn)。

首先，我衷心地感謝州局黨委和縣局領導為我們創(chuàng)造這樣一個公平、公正、公開的機會和舞臺，供大家展示才華。我希望能夠以參加競聘為契機，在競爭的環(huán)境中百尺竿頭更進一步，提升和重塑自我!
我叫，19xx年x月出生，四川xx人，中共黨員，大專畢業(yè)，現(xiàn)任縣局xx部主任。我于20xx年8月郵電技校第一期郵政綜合班畢業(yè)后，分配到xx縣郵電局參加工作以來，一直從事郵政工作，曾擔任過分揀封發(fā)員、替休員、質(zhì)檢員、匯檢員、鄉(xiāng)郵管理員。郵電分營后，于20xx年7月調(diào)入xx縣郵政局，擔任經(jīng)營服務部主任兼儲匯管理、農(nóng)村郵政檢查員;20xx年7月?lián)无k公室主任兼縣局出納、郵政賓館經(jīng)理。這期間，20xx年考入xx省郵電職工中專校郵政綜合管理班，脫產(chǎn)學習兩年半于20xx年畢業(yè);20xx年考入四川廣播電視大學郵政電大分部經(jīng)濟信息管理專業(yè)于20xx年畢業(yè)。20xx年7月調(diào)入xx縣郵政局，通過競聘上崗擔任縣局監(jiān)督檢查部主任，兼郵政檢查、儲匯稽查，負責黨群紀檢、精神文明建設等具體工作。

第一、熟悉郵政業(yè)務，了解國家法規(guī)和郵政規(guī)章，具有一定管理能力。這主要得益于，一是三次在校學習的機會，郵電技校、郵電職工中專校、郵政電大，通過在校系統(tǒng)的學習，掌握了比較扎實的郵政業(yè)務知識。二是參加工作以來，大半時間都在生產(chǎn)第一線，20xx年走上管理崗位后，在不同的崗位上，積累了一定的管理知識和經(jīng)驗。

三是要走在全局工作的前面，把所負責的工作按條塊梳理展開，以經(jīng)營工作為中心，根據(jù)企業(yè)的實際制定自己的工作計劃，對待工作要分工明確，做到責、權、利清晰。在實際工作當中既要當指揮員，為下屬想招數(shù)，出路子，在處理一些較重要的事務中又要當戰(zhàn)斗員，充分調(diào)動下屬的積極性和創(chuàng)造性，為全局各項工作的開展奠定堅實的基礎。
四是在領導的威嚴度和親和度上，找到與下屬交往的切入點，協(xié)調(diào)好內(nèi)外關系，以德服人、以才量人。增加工作的透明度，做工作有計劃、有落實，有檢查、有抽查。做到可越級檢查而不越級指揮，可越級匯報而不越級請示，形成政令暢通的良好局面。
五是要以人為本，充分調(diào)動職工的積極性，針對目前郵政服務對象層次普遍提高的情況，對職工加強業(yè)務知識、營銷知識、理論知識多層面培訓，培養(yǎng)學習型企業(yè)。搞好員工的技能練功，提高員工的技能。激發(fā)員工的愛崗敬業(yè)精神，使得人人有危機感、緊迫感、責任感，培養(yǎng)出一只素質(zhì)高、業(yè)務精，有向心力、凝聚力、善于打硬仗的職工隊伍，來圓滿的完成全局的各項工作目標。

今天把大家召集到一起，舉辦新進人員崗前培訓班，一方面，使大家了解一下我們醫(yī)院的概況、醫(yī)院文化以及有關規(guī)章制度;另一方面，對大家進行醫(yī)學知識和醫(yī)療服務的初步培訓。這既是一次難得的學習機會，也是大家相互認識和了解醫(yī)院的機會。你們的到來，使我們醫(yī)院這個大家庭又增添了新成員、補充了-新血液、帶來了新希望。我代表院黨委及全院干部職工對你們表示熱烈的歡迎和祝賀!
首先，向大家介紹醫(yī)院基本概況。**醫(yī)院始建于1946年，至今已走過了60余年的歷程，經(jīng)過幾代人的不懈探索追求，醫(yī)院從小到大，從弱到強，從一所簡易戰(zhàn)地醫(yī)院發(fā)展成為菏澤市規(guī)模最大的一所集醫(yī)療、教學、科研、預防、保健、急救和技術指導于一體的大型三級綜合性現(xiàn)代化醫(yī)院，是山東大學醫(yī)學院、泰山醫(yī)學院研究生培養(yǎng)基地，是濟寧醫(yī)學院、泰山醫(yī)學院、濱州醫(yī)學院、菏澤醫(yī)專、菏澤家政職業(yè)學院的臨床教學基地，擔負著**市八縣二區(qū)九百五十萬人民及鄰近省、市部分群眾的醫(yī)療保健任務。

醫(yī)院設有34個臨床科室，20個醫(yī)技科室，23個職能科室?，F(xiàn)擁有省級醫(yī)療質(zhì)量示范科室1個(血液內(nèi)科)，市級醫(yī)療質(zhì)量示范科室4個(血液內(nèi)科、消化內(nèi)科、口腔科、普外二科)，優(yōu)質(zhì)護理服務示范科室16個。
為全面提高醫(yī)療工作質(zhì)量，醫(yī)院采取多種方式更新和增加醫(yī)療設備，現(xiàn)擁有64排螺旋ct、1.5t超導磁共振、全數(shù)字化乳腺機、瓦里安clinac23ex15兆電子直線加速器、x線刀、瑞士羅氏pp全自動生化分析儀、美國產(chǎn)數(shù)字減影系統(tǒng)、大型c臂血管造影系統(tǒng)、數(shù)字放射攝影系統(tǒng)等萬元以上醫(yī)療設備400余臺(套)，為醫(yī)院快速發(fā)展插上了高科技的翅膀。
醫(yī)院堅持科技興院的發(fā)展之路，先后開展的冠狀動脈造影成形及支架放置術、心臟搭橋術、內(nèi)鏡下逆行胰膽管造影術(ercp)、骨髓移植術、單克隆抗體臨床應用、門靜脈高壓癥的各種分流手術、髂(肋)骨移植治療下頜骨腫瘤及缺損等新技術均達省內(nèi)同級醫(yī)院先進水平。近3年來，我院共獲得省、市科技進步獎39項，其中省科技進步三等獎1項;市科技進步一等獎1項，二等獎23項，三等獎14項;獲省、市重點立項科研課題2項，發(fā)表論文200余篇，主編、參編醫(yī)學專著13部。
醫(yī)院堅持以病人為中心、以質(zhì)量為核心的辦院方針，不斷強化內(nèi)部管理，深化醫(yī)院改革，堅持全程化優(yōu)質(zhì)服務，以一流的技術、一流的設備、一流的服務、一流的管理服務于社會，贏得了社會各界的廣泛贊譽，連續(xù)多年被省、市衛(wèi)生主管部門評為先進集體、精神文明先進單位。我們要繼續(xù)發(fā)揚這一優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)，全心全意為廣大群眾服務。
其次，是“”發(fā)展規(guī)劃和遠景規(guī)劃?！啊睍r期主要發(fā)展目標：醫(yī)院擴建，按照三甲醫(yī)院標準，在老校區(qū)建成20萬平方米的門診、急診、醫(yī)技、科研、病房綜合大樓，力爭用五年的時間醫(yī)療用房達到25萬平方米，開放床位增加到3000張;5年內(nèi)引進臨床各專業(yè)博士30人，臨床各專業(yè)及藥、護、技、檢等專業(yè)碩士300人;病區(qū)由36個增加到72個;各臨床科室技術達到全市一流水平，爭取3-5個專業(yè)邁入省級重點學科行列;五年內(nèi)年門診量達到100萬人次，出院病人8萬人次，各類手術4萬臺次，醫(yī)院年業(yè)務收入突破10億元，進入全省地市級醫(yī)院中等偏上行列，其它醫(yī)療、檢查、護理任務指標均達到“三級”甲等醫(yī)院要求，整體提升衛(wèi)生事業(yè)水平，為**人民群眾的身體健康保駕護航，初步形成蘇魯豫皖四省交界地區(qū)醫(yī)療服務高地?！笆濉逼陂g，在東區(qū)征地1000畝，再建設20xx張床位規(guī)模、以康復保健、老年病、慢性病治療為主的分院。
最后，對大家提幾點希望。從學校來到醫(yī)院，從一名學生成為一名醫(yī)務工作者，這是你們?nèi)松牡缆飞系囊粋€重要轉(zhuǎn)折、一個嶄新起點、一個寶貴機遇，為了幫助大家走好這人生的關鍵一步，盡快地融入醫(yī)院這個大家庭，適應各自的工作崗位，成為一名合格的醫(yī)院職工，我向大家提出三點希望：即“三愛”、“三學”、“三負責”。
一、珍惜來之不易的就業(yè)機會，做到愛醫(yī)院、愛崗位、愛患者。
醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生事業(yè)是一項特殊的事業(yè)、一項崇高的事業(yè)。正是有了一代又一代前輩的無私奉獻和頑強拼搏，我們的醫(yī)院才有了今天的蒸蒸日上，特別是你們趕上了醫(yī)院建院以來的巨變時期――新綜合病房大樓已投入使用，“”發(fā)展規(guī)劃和遠景規(guī)劃宏偉藍圖已制定，醫(yī)院將進入快速發(fā)展的時期，就醫(yī)環(huán)境將會越來越好?？梢哉f，醫(yī)院今天的發(fā)展成果來之不易，希望同志們珍惜今天的就業(yè)機會，切實做到“三愛”，一是愛醫(yī)院。我靠醫(yī)院生存，醫(yī)院靠我發(fā)展。這是我們?nèi)焊刹柯毠さ墓沧R。希望你們像愛自己的家一樣愛我們的醫(yī)院，時時處處維護醫(yī)院形象、維護醫(yī)院利益。二是愛崗位。大家經(jīng)過一段時間集中的培訓后，將走上各自的崗位。崗位沒有大小，不分好孬。希望你們把崗位當成職業(yè)，把職業(yè)當作事業(yè)，立足崗位做貢獻，讓你們的人生價值在崗位上閃光，為醫(yī)院的發(fā)展努力發(fā)揮聰明才智。三是愛患者?；颊呤俏覀兊囊率掣改浮；颊呤亲钚枰覀冏鹬睾完P愛的人。因此，我們要用真心呵護患者、用愛心溫暖患者、用熱心幫助患者，讓他們感受到家一般的溫暖。
二、盡快轉(zhuǎn)變角色，加倍努力學知識、學服務、學做人。
大家從學校畢業(yè)后并不意味著學習的終結，仍要學習、學習、再學習。一是學知識。要勤學、善學、會學，通過學習，打好基礎，掌握本領。當務之急是學業(yè)務、學技能，打牢扎實的業(yè)務功底。通過學習，達到由擁有文憑向擁有能力轉(zhuǎn)變，同時要由階段學習向終身學習轉(zhuǎn)變，在學習中快速轉(zhuǎn)變角色、提高素質(zhì)。二是學服務。醫(yī)院是服務性行業(yè)，醫(yī)院的生存和發(fā)展一靠技術、二靠服務，學習知識的最終目的也是為了服務于病人、服務于醫(yī)院、服務于社會，同志們要切實樹立以病人為中心的服務意識和病人至上的理念，學習為病人服務的技術，一切為了病人，一切服務于病人。三是學做人。要成為一名合格的醫(yī)務工作者，首先應該學會做人，要有愛人如己的胸懷，要有待人誠信的行動，要有樂于奉獻的精神。要向老同志虛心學習、請教，還要學會與同事、同行的合作，不自以為是、不盲目自大，形成和諧、融洽的人際關系，以團結形成合力，以合力共謀發(fā)展。
三、切實樹立責任意識，時刻牢記為患者負責、為自己負責、為醫(yī)院負責。
我們面對的服務對象是正在承受疾病折磨的患者，工作中稍有疏忽，就可能會造成差錯，我們工作1%的失誤對于患者來說就是100%的損失。因此，大家務必樹立起“責任重于泰山”的意識：一是為患者負責。醫(yī)療護理行為是把雙刃劍，措施得當，可以治療疾病、促進康復;措施不當，反而加重疾病、損害健康。所以，我們要以對患者高度負責的精神，認真對待每一位患者，做好每一項技術操作，把小事做細，把細事做透。細節(jié)見證品質(zhì)，細節(jié)決定成敗。把每一件簡單的事情做好就是不簡單，把每一件平凡的事情做好就是不平凡。二是為自己負責。俗話說，沒有規(guī)矩，不成方圓。作為醫(yī)院的一名職工，都要遵守醫(yī)院的規(guī)章制度和操作規(guī)程。我們醫(yī)院已經(jīng)修訂了一套完整的《規(guī)章制度》，裝訂成冊后發(fā)給大家，希望同志們認真學習，嚴格遵守。同時，在政治上要嚴格要求，服從院黨委的統(tǒng)一領導，積極參加團組織或黨組織生活，在醫(yī)院各項活動中施展你們的才華，為醫(yī)院爭光添彩。三是為醫(yī)院負責。醫(yī)院是我家，發(fā)展靠大家。院興我榮，院衰我恥。希望同志們從現(xiàn)在起，樹立起主人翁意識，把自己的前途和醫(yī)院的命運緊緊地連起來，積極為醫(yī)院的建設和發(fā)展獻計獻策、貢獻力量。
當前，醫(yī)院已進入二次創(chuàng)業(yè)期，全院干部職工正在同心協(xié)力，迎接前進道路上的困難和挑戰(zhàn)。希望大家在未來的工作中，以“仁愛、敬業(yè)、精進、務實”的院訓為指導，學知識、長本領、出成績，早日成為一名合格的醫(yī)院職工，為醫(yī)院的健康、和諧、快速發(fā)展做出應有的貢獻!
