一、such+a+單數(shù)可數(shù)名詞
大家知道，such 后接單數(shù)可數(shù)名詞時，是必須要帶不定冠詞的，這樣的例句詞典上比比皆是。如：

Such a war could result in the use of chemical and biological weapons. 這樣的戰(zhàn)爭可能導(dǎo)致使用生化武器。
二、no such+單數(shù)可數(shù)名詞
由于 no 在意義上相當于 not any, not a, not one等，所以當它后面修飾單數(shù)可數(shù)名詞時不能再用不定冠詞。如：
There’s no such thing as ghosts. 沒有鬼神這類事。（摘自《牛津英語搭配詞典》）
There is no such thing as a free lunch. 世上沒有免費午餐之類的好事兒。（摘自《牛津高階英漢雙解詞典》）

三、such / no such +不可數(shù)名詞或復(fù)數(shù)名詞
若such 或 no such 后接的不是單數(shù)可數(shù)名詞，而是不可數(shù)名詞或是復(fù)數(shù)名詞，自然不能用不定冠詞。如：
It makes sense to keep such information on disk. 把這樣的信息保存在磁盤上是明智的?！ ?BR> I had never seen diamonds shine with such brilliance before. 我以前從沒有見過如此耀眼的鉆石?！ ?BR> Such mental attitudes are difficult, if not impossible, to change. 這樣的心態(tài)很難改變，也許不可能改變。
四、補充說明
但是，確實偶爾也可見到no such a 這樣的用法，如《張道真英語用法》中就有這樣一句：
No such a person ever existed. 過去從來沒有過這樣的人。
但我們認為這不是普通用法，初學(xué)者不宜模仿。
我們查BNC（英國國家語料庫）：關(guān)于no such的例證共有1481例，但關(guān)于no such a 的例證只有8例（屬罕見用法）。
