Responsibilities:
1.Base Business:
- Reach Out Email Blast (Employee Bulletin announcements):
Draft, translate and polish the bilingual version of announcements or any Reach Out email blast.
- Reach Out Monthly Newsletter:
Assist HR Supervisor in the process of revamping the current monthly newsletter through:
· Story feeding and writing
· New section design and exploration
· Feedback collection
- Maintain and promote the Reach Out official Wechat account in GCR:
· Story sourcing and preparation
· Promote the wechat account through activities
· Special wechat push using H5 edit tools
- AMEA PEPline:
Prepare or draft the GCR stories for AMEA PEPline on a timely basis. (one edition per 2-3 weeks)
- Ad hoc translation work
- Project support if necessary
- IC Team Admin Support:
· Conference Room Booking
· PR Arrangement and form filling
· Printing and Filing
· Logistic arrangement if required
2.Project Base Work:
- Town Hall Preparation and Support:
· Order Service Award trophies and coordinate with the service awardees and their line managers for the service award section;
· Order drinks and snacks for Town Hall meeting and arrange for the logistics;
· Work with office admin in shuttle bus arrangement;
· Provide on-site support for Town Hall Meeting.
- Assist HR Supervisor in testing and implementing the SMS Platform by organizing the contact lists and the maintenance of contact lists.
- Any ad-hoc projects or event support
Hiring Period: >6 months
*Qualifications / Requirements
Requirements:
- Literacy in both spoken & written Chinese is a must;
- Good command of English and especially with good bilingual writing skills;
- Graphic design and wechat public account maintenance experience will be a plus;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good at Microsoft office – PPT, Excel, Word;
- Self-motivated and proactive, a team player.
